I will start by saying I am the guy no salesman every wants to get… and I am aware of it.
I started with another dealership on the eastside, after some frustration, I put my bid out to 8 dealerships locally and 1 in Idaho. Of 9, only 5 got back to me. Of 5 only 2 did what I asked. I asked a for a quote as well as some technical questions, just to see if they would address them. I chose Monroe because they were closest. Worked with Garrett, but met many of the staff. All were great to work with in the buying process. Garrett did what he said he would do, including weekly updates on my special order. My New Renegade took 19 weeks to arrive, but that’s on FCA, not the dealership.
Buying a car can be stressful, but these guys can make the drive to Monroe with it.

I stopped in for information, and left with a brand new Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock. It wasn’t my plan, but the numbers made sense, the staff was very helpful and attentive and I really felt that all my needs and concerns were addressed. A very pleasant experience, and I love my new Jeep!

Straightforward businessman. No fooling around. Asked us what they could do to earn our business and they listened and met our needs. Didn’t push us into something we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. I got a great truck that I have been wanting for years and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase at Rairdon’s of Monroe. Friendly folks who listen, don’t mess around, and care about the needs of their customers.

I can’t say how pleased I am with Rairdon. After looking around we made our choice of dealers with Rairdon. They were extremely helpful without any of the pressure you sometimes feel when hunting for a new car. We are very satisfied with our purchase of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and look forward to many years of satisfaction with our car and their service center.

I had been researching RAM 1500 trucks on line for quite some time. I finally settled on a configuration that Rairdon’s DCJR of Monroe had in stock, three of them actually so I only had to decide what color! I walked onto the lot and was met by a salesman as expected. We discussed why I had come into the dealership and he went to get keys for the truck so I could test drive it. Upon return we proceeded into the showroom where I was greeted by the sales manager. We sat and negotiated price for a while finally settling on what I was happy with. I also had a trade in that was evaluated during this process. I was happy to see the trade in value I was offered, a very fair trade in offer. We shook hands and started doing paperwork. The Green Team went over the new truck to prepare it and the service department gave it a once over to adjust a couple things. I’m very pleased with the entire process and will most definitely utilize Rairdon’s DCJR of Monroe again!

I wanted to say this place was amazing for my wife an myself. The customer apriciation we received from our dealer mike walker was over the top exemplary. My wife is very happy woth out new jeep thanks again for the exelent services:) youll be seeing is agaim. J

I couldn’t be any more happy with Rairdon’s then I am right now. They worked hard to get me a screaming good deal on a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger R/​T. This is a very big step up for me, going from a used 2011 Challenger SE (Purchased at Rairdon’s two years ago) to a brand new showroom floor 2015 Challenger R/​T Plus with 3 miles on the odometer. John and Manny worked well together to help get the numbers correct where we wanted them to be and I felt they got me the exact amount I wanted on my trade in. I appreciate the efforts of Jason in financing to secure me with the best interest rate possible as well.
These guys are the best of the best and even though I shop around quite a bit when I’m in the market to trade-​in, I see myself always going back to Rairdon’s.

My husband just purchased a car and they did everything they could to help him. End result they got him financed and he now has the truck he wanted.

If i could give 0 stars i would but i am required to at least give one. The service department is just horrible, They took so much of our money repairing random things that didn’t need to be repaired until they got to the bottom of the problem ($ 5,000 later it ended up being a filter no joke). Please take your car elsewhere, they just don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Okay, so this is a little funny but ridiculous and very irritating at the same time. My husband and I pulled into the lot at just before 8:30pm the other night. We looked at two cars right up front and turned around to leave. We were in there maybe 5 minutes. In that time they had closed up shop and locked us inside the lot. We were probably only 30 feet from the gate and somehow they locked it (with a padlock) and we were left inside. I never even saw the person leaving. There was nobody around. We called the towing company who has posted signs all over and they said «yeah this isn’t the first time this has happened but I can’t do anything for you». We ended up having to call the police to come help us. Three cop cars came. They finally found contact information for the manager who sent someone to unlock us. The guy took 30 minutes to come open the gate! We were locked in for a total of one hour.
Okay, I understand accidents happen but why did nobody check the lot before locking up? We weren’t hiding in the back somewhere. Why do they not post signs saying that the gate will be locked at 8:30. And why did the guy take so long to unlock us? The cops were told it would take 10 – 15 minutes and instead it was 30. There were no apologize or anything.
Well they definitely lost our business after this mess.

SERVICE/​PARTS: I drive from Lake Forest Park to Monroe to use this dealership for all my 2010 Jeep Patriot service/​parts and couldn’t be happier.
Every service consultant I’ve worked with in the red group has been exceptional (now Robert B.). Charity has been extremely helpful and pleasant when I arrive and settle my bill. I’ve bought parts/​accessories here and Barry P. has been a pleasure to work with.
It’s nice to be treated fairly, politely and promptly and that’s how I feel when I’m working with the service and parts staff at Rairdon’s in Monroe. I’ve worked in, and have family still in, the car business and like to give positive credit to these hard working people when it’s due.

I know nothing about the sales experience as I have never bought a vehicle from the Monroe location (I did get a new truck from Kirkland, and that was fine.) What I do know is that this is the only dealer I take my truck to for service. Always been fair, accurate, and don’t take me for an idiot when writing up estimates.
Never failed to give me good deals, and always prompt and well done. 5 stars
PS, these guys are angels compared to dealers in CA

I purchased my first Jeep from Rairdon’s in 2010. A few months ago, I decided I to trade my 2010 in on a 2014 with leather, and a few other goodies. I called at least a dozen dealers from Bellingham to Portland, told them what I wanted for my trade-​in and what I was willing to pay, and they all gave me the runaround. The Jeep dealer in Bellevue was the absolute worst; I gave them my terms via email, and they said «no problem, we’ll make it happen». When I arrived, they jacked the price up by $ 3,000, so I called Rairdon’s. They didn’t have one with the options I wanted, so they special ordered one from the factory for me. It took two months to get it, but it was exactly what I wanted, at literally THOUSANDS of dollars less than anyone else. I heartily recommend this dealer to anyone. For those who have given this place negative reviews due to financing issues: NEVER, ever, finance through a dealer. You will always get screwed, regardless of who it is. Go through a bank or credit union to get your loan, get a pre-​approval letter, and bring in several offers from other dealers. If you do that, you will have no issues with Rairdon’s. And as an added bonus, the sales tax is lower because it’s outside of King County.

I have to say a horrible dealership from the first time I walked in there the salesman did not know any of the questions to the answers that I had asked him, when looking for certain vehicles they don’t seem to really know what they’re doing when you try to purchase a vehicle from them they’re not willing to work with you on the price I was able to find the same exact vehicle at six different dealerships throughout the Greater Washington area for anywhere from 3000 to 6000 dollars or less. I have a friend who went there also and did not buy from them they seem to have a hard time retaining customersI do not think that I would ever buy from them they would have to work with me pretty well for me to buy from them. if this is the way they treat their customers there I can only imagine how they treat their customers when they come in to have any maintenance work done on their vehicles I hope for their sake not the same way how they stay in business I do not know recommended know shop somewhere else save your hard earned money.

I usually do not write reviews but this is the second bad experience at a Rairdon’s (first was at the Kirkland location) so I felt compelled. I called in advance to see if they had a specific 2014 Durango on the lot and Mark (I think he is a manager) said yes, in fact he said they had multiple for me to look at. So, I hopped in the car for a 20 minute plus ride to check the Durango out. Once I arrive and walk the lot I come to find out they don’t have any of the Durango’s on the lot… just 2013’s. Thanks for wasting an hour out of my day. When I go back in Mark starts to state that I should just check out the 2013 as they are not that different than the 2014… now I start to realize not only did he lead me on a wild goose chase out to Monroe but he clearly does not know about the cars he is selling. There are tons of differences between the 13 and 14… I felt bad that he knew so little about the product he is selling/​representing. Needless to say, I will never buy or consider buying from this dealership.

Terrible, just terrible.
Tried to get a quote for a 13 Durango, sent them a comparable bid from another dealership. They just handed me off from salesperson to salesperson. Absolutely zero follow-​through on their end.
Ended up buying from Dave T at Bellevue Dodge, completely awesome experience (for a car purchase).

Was asked what I wanted to pay a month and a down payment. Told the guy 1500 DP and 500 a month for a car payment.
The guy said ok, pulls my credit and says «We can do it! Now if I start all the paper work you sure you’re not wasting my time? You want to do this?» I said «yeah» so we take a test drive, come back, and shows me a paper that says 2500.00 down payment and 700.00 a month car payment?
I asked WTF? is that? He then starts stammering etc… leaves again, comes back to show me my credit report and I said «I told you it was bad before hand, remember when you said you it was all good after you looked at my credit» we keep going in circles when the finance guy comes over and says «we can’t do it anyways so it doesn’t matter.»
I said «well then he shouldn’t of told me this was a done deal after looking at my credit and wasting MY time.» The finance guy said «that was before we pulled your credit» to which I said «no that was AFTER he pulled it.» He said «well then I don’t know why he told you that then.»
Waste of time, energy and dishonest.

Negotiated a deal over the web and drove from Portland to get the car, was very pleased with salesman Chris Jurden who is a genuinely nice guy and honored his word. I felt like I didn’t get bent over and taken for once at a dealer. However once I was handed over to the Finance dept everything went to hell in a hand basket. The Finance dept here is awful to deal with, they don’t know how to put together deals properly, didn’t know how to do Oregon Registration, gave my credit union and myself the run around. If you come here to buy a car have all your financing in order prior, do not finance though this dealer.

I’m so sad to say this about a business but my family is of the opinion that these people are not nice and will make you very unhappy as a result. Like many dishonest car dealerships, they will tell you anything to move inventory at any expense. They make promises then retract them at the last minute. If you are an inexperienced auto buyer, don’t visit this dealership. You will likely get tricked. I wish I could give them a minus star review on behalf of my son and his girlfriend who tried to be independent but are now really really sorry! These guys just screwed over two really nice young people.
