A-​1 Carpet sent David Maldonado out to my house. He was on time, very professional and did a Wonderful Job. I will request him again. My guest bedroom carpet was horrible. He explained how my carpet would clean up due to the fact that it is 12 years old and it gets matted down. But when he left, it looked fantastic and smelled good too.

Carpets look great!

Called them up to clean my office, the carpets where disgusting due to patients coming in and out. John and Juan came and cleaned them for me. Let me tell you these MEN where awesome and they got the job done. My carpets are clean and I’m no longer embarrassed. If you do get your carpets clean make sure you get Juan and John! The price was great as well. I highly recommend this place.

I was getting ready to move out of a house I was renting, and I needed someone to clean the carpet in the rooms and on the stairs. The carpet guy who came out was actually on time, and very professional. I have dealt with several different carpet cleaners in the past, and this was an experience better than anything I’ve ever dealt with in the past.
There were several stains in my kids room (go figure), and none of the stains were a problem after they finished. I’ve never been so pleased with service, I will be recommending them to any of my friends or family who need anything cleaned.
The man who came out was very informative on information regarding allergies! I will definitely be using them again shortly to get rid of any lingering dust that will cause our allergies to act up.

Interesting that almost two years later the Bussiness Manager responds to a poor Unilocal review? This just shows you how poorly run this service was when I used it.

My experience with A1 was awesome! They sent Randy out and he was the best technician I have every dealt with! He was kind, knowledgeable and straight forward. He was honest and exceeded my expectations.

I wish I could give this business a zero star review. The guy who came out essentially lied to my wife’s face and told her that he would do something for a few extra dollars and then five minutes later completely denied that the conversation took place. The whole experience was incredibly yucky to say the least. I thought taking advantage of female customers was frowned upon? Fool me once shame on you. You’ll never fool me twice.

I called a few days prior to the date of service and received a quote from Catherine. The price was reasonable. 2 bedrooms, living room, and 15 flights of stairs ($ 3/​ea) totaled $ 135. I was able to set up a time for Friday. Although she gave me a 3 hour window of waiting expectation, I ended up only having to wait half an hour. John was also courteous to call and let me know their approximate time of arrival.
It didn’t take Juan and John long to clean all the carpets in my home and they were able to get rid of several black stains too. Along with their discount on Unilocal,I’m a happy camper.

I would never ever use this company or recommend to any family or friends. My carpet was still dirty after the cleaning and all the technician did was complain about how him cleaning my carpet was not going to make it look much better. Not once did he say he could not clean the carpet nor did he refuse to clean it. I called the company the same day to inform the manager that my carpet was still very dirty and I demanded them to send the technician out to clean my carpet again. Technician arrived the next day and proceeded to try and talk me out of him not cleaning it and how it was not going to again look better, he was rude about it and very unprofessional. I guess anybody can say they clean carpet with .99cent store products and a dirt devil steamer. This company should not be in the carpet cleaning business.

I had Juan and John come clean my carpets they looked amazing and smelled great. couldn’t be happier and the next time i need carpet cleaning guess who I’m going to call. Yep A1.

Excuses, excuses… Why would your technician ask for additional money and guarantee that there would be no issues. Your company advertises RISK FREE GUARANTEE. IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY, THE CLEANING IS FREE. Also it states No Surprises. Your technician inspected the rooms before cleaning. He was aware how clean and or dirty were each rooms. I did request a different technician to and You refused. Very disappointed. You company is more concerned about a BAD review rather than train your technician to the job correctly the first time around. I do remember our conversion very rude on the phone.

Dana did an excellent job… even cleaned the aprons on my couch and chair with no extra
charge. I’ve been using A1 Carpet Care for 5 years and recommended to many friends. They are friendly, prompt, and do a good job!

Cleaning guy arrived within the given time frame and was very polite and knowledgeable. Room floors were cleaned and looked 100% better than before. Thank you to Tony and A-​1 Carpet Care for your due diligence!

John and John did an awesome job on my carpets. I had major traffic stains. Terrible stains :(My dogs dirty my carpet bad. I thought I had to replace my carpets. After A1 Carpets cleaned my carpets, feels like I have new carpets again. THANK YOU A1 CARPET! You guys are the best!

Great reliable company. We have been using them for 20 years. Our carpet was filthy with so many stains, but after their service, no stains, smells fresh. DANA did a great job. holy moly batman! service well beyond my expectations. I really wish I had before and after pictures to allow you guys the world of difference Jeary Dollison has done on our carpets… this is maybe the 6^th time i’ve used a carpet cleaning service and generally speaking, I’m usually dismayed by the service I’ve received and all the ‘extras’ that they try to sell me on after agreeing to a set price. this was not the case at all this time. I was given a very very reasonable price quote over the phone, and was not asked for a penny more even after Jeary (our service technician) went above and beyond the call of duty and put in the extra elbow grease that had been unheard of in this business.
I spoke with the owner on the phone late last night. to my surprise, he answered the phone and was very professional around 11pm on a Friday night. (I expected to leave a message) I informed him of the urgency I had to get the carpets cleaned asap, so even with as busy as they are, he was able to fit me in for first thing this morning. incredible customer service and scheduling!
Jeary, the master cleaning technician that arrived here, called me promptly at 10am as he pulled up at the scheduled time. parking outside was a bit of a challenge today as there are a couple busy breakfast diners a few doors down, but he was eager to meet my needs as a customer and worked around the parking situation. good thing he had plenty of hose in his service vehicle! he walked in and saw that there was a bit of a mess (I wasn’t exactly prepared quite yet) but gave me a moment to move some things out of the way, and even offered assistance with the things I could not move on my own. very nice guy! anyway, the carpets in this location have never been cleaned and are 30 years old. I have a 130lb dog that managed to dirty up the carpets pretty good. so good that I had forgotten what color the original color of the carpets were. there were also stains from several years ago that I had never been able to remove on my own regardless of how hard I had tried to get them up. he pointed them out and said that he would do his best. amazingly, not only were there no trace of the stains after he finished, but the carpets looked brand new. no pet smell anymore either!
ultimately, Im highly satisfied — and if you’re reading this review, then you’re probably looking to get your upholstery or carpet cleaned. A1 staffs many service technicians, so I can only vouch for the gentleman that came to my rescue today, Jeary Dollison. I will definitely be using A1 Carpet Care for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future. thank you!

Second time in two years I used the same company. The first time Dana did a great job and the second time David Maldonado did a great job.
One Bedroom, Hallway and a living and dining room was a great price of $ 90. Will be sure to use them again. I’ve always been a believer of getting the house carpets cleaned once a year.
Both times they showed up in a timely fashion, were very polite and did a great job, including getting out my red wine marks.
When I call to make an appointment I tell them what I want done and we agree on the price. I don’t add any teflon, sanitizer or anything else. Just simply clean my carpets. Always the price we agree on the phone and they always ask to sell me more stuff but I always explain that I am not interested.
