Paul was simply a blessing. He helped me to purchase a beautiful home in a competitive market. His honesty, integrity, intellect and foresight helped save me from making decisions that might not have been in my best interests. He took the time to explain how disclosure reports of these older homes in the Bay Area might not tell the whole story and that I should be especially cautious of ‘forcing a deal’ just because I fell in love with the house. Paul helped us purchase our first home. Actually, Paul has been working with us for about 6 months while we were searching for the right home and when at the end of the 6 months we still could not find a place which worked for our taste and our budget, it wasn’t a big deal — Paul was understanding and made no grief about the fact that he spent a bunch of time with us, showed us a bunch of properties and then we ended up renting a place. Well, after waiting for another year we resumed our search for the property and turned to Paul again. We had some problems with the timely escrow closing and Paul was very helpful in explaining all the escrow/​contingency details to us and did his best to push the necessary people in order to close the transaction on time. We finally got the place we wanted and we couldn’t have done it without Paul.

Paul is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly real estate agent. We were treated more like a friend than a client. We met Paul at an open house and he was the listing agent at the time. Unlike other agents that we met from previous open houses, he really took his time to explain and answer every question we have without hesitation. Since we don’t have an agent represent us at that time, we asked him for help in buying our first house. As a first time home buyer and being unfamiliar with the real estate market, we did have tones of questions. He patiently explained, provided detail analyses of the current market and gave us feedbacks. When we were shopping for houses, the market price was already rising and it wasn’t easy to find a house that we love at the price we want. It’s been a few months since we moved to our new home that Paul helped us purchase and we are finally getting around to sharing our greatest experience with everyone.
