First, my boyfriend and I have been searching for our first full size truck for months. It’s been a struggle finding the right truck for the right price. After looking online we found a truck in our price range. As we walked in EJ walked up to us and greeted us within seconds. We walked us straight to the truck and we took it on a test drive. We loved it. He brought us inside got us water and brought us Mike. He was very helpful and made sure we walked out with our new truck. Thank you team STG Montclair for helping us get our dream truck! We are so excited. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Lack of integrity and unethical.
We had purchased a vehicle from them previously, however returning customers might not have a pleasant experience.
To keep this simple, there was a lack of consistency within the representatives here. We spoke with the initial salesmen, had discussed what we could do (in regards to monthly payment/​down payment) We had chosen a vehicle and had at this point calculated the total amount to finance including a trade in with a balance transfer.
We asked multiple times if a Tier 1 co-​signer would make the payment bracket doable (due to the lower interest available) if not it would be unnecessary to place a hard inquiry on an excellent credit score. We all know these inquiries stay on record for 3 years, and consideration needs to be taken before just running it.
We had left to get the co-​signer, out of caution we asked once again over the phone; «are you sure that you can make the monthly payment I am asking for possible with what was discussed? if not, no hard feeling but please don’t waste my time for something that cannot work» — «I can make it work, you get me the co-​signer, you got at deal»
When we came back, we discussed adding final items like gap insurance. This was where the impertinence began. When our salesmen went to «discuss» numbers, we got another Salesmen, Johnny. He began to ask for a down payment we had already (and initially told) we could not afford. He leaves and comes back with yet another Gentleman (3^rd person at this point) whose name I forgot because I was so livid. He had the audacity to increase the monthly payment an additional 200 dollars and asks for a 10K down (half the car’s worth).
We were beyond frustrated because we were not trying to waste anyone’s time. At the end we spoke with Mark, who was more than condescending and patronizing. We vocalized that we were upset that we were continuously told that they could make something work where ultimately they knew they were doing to ask for a significant down payment; a hard inquiry was placed, and 4 hours of my time with it.
Ethically, if you could not work with what had been guaranteed, you could have had the professionalism to say «unfortunately, this will not work but thank you for your interest in our business»
I ended up getting a better trade in offer for my vehicle last night at Metro Honda AND got a Brand New car instead for the monthly payment I wanted and down payment because they worked with us and wanted to do business.
It was not a matter of it not working out, STG Auto group representatives got increasingly deceitful and let money walk out the door.

If you want a cheap mediocre luxury cars that are not going to be worth much, by all means head to their dealer. I had purchased a 2009 BMW from them which I had to return for several reason that were never handled like they said they would. Mechanical/​technical, body work, floor mats (that I never got and had to purchase on my own), tires (that had to be replaced several times because they thought they’d get away with used tires).
A year and two months later I decide to go back since I was treated somewhat fairly the first time to trade it in for something more practical and more long term family wise.
I had to go through 4 different salesmen that each came in with different numbers and reasonings which all never added up to anything, and numbers they never went to even try. I had walked out of the office only to see them talking and laughing amongst each other as if it were social hour, so I didn’t feel that my business was taken serious at all.
They had a great chance to continue having my business before they blew it by disrespecting me and wasting my time.
I was able to get a better deal at an ACTUAL dealership. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and a great deal on a brand new car, not a used over priced with a lot of miles car from STG.
I’d advise for anyone seriously looking for a car to just go to a dealer and to not waste your time here or any other used car lot.

I recently purchased a car here let me say they’re the and nickel and dime you for every little thing. I came it, layed out exactly what I wanted and told them if they couldn’t do it then we don’t have a deal. Then they told me there’s a charge for a GPS unit they install on every car and it’s not optional. You have to have it and they add it to the price. DONT LET THEM SMOOTH TALK YOU! All in all the experience was frustrating and they were pretty upset they didn’t get their way. I test drove the car twice!!! And didn’t appear to have any issues. When I took the car home after maybe 15 – 20 mins of driving the air pressure warning came on. I’m almost 100% convinced they did this because there was no warning lights before while it was sitting on the lot. Not sure I would recommend, especially if you are easily persuaded !! The only plus is they have really nice cars.

From the time I 1^st visited STG Montclair EJ (salesman) welcomed us, showed us around and test drove a few vehicles. No pressure what so ever. Showed up a week later spoke to EJ again, test drove a car and the fiancé was sold on the car. Went through financing stage with a few hiccups (our fault). We were introduced to Mike (sales manager), this guy is awesome & creative, full of solutions and endless possibilities. At the end EJ closed the deal and we walked out with a happy smile, a car we love and satisfied that we were treated with respect, dignity and the most fair deal we could have gotten. Thanks again EJ & Mike

I got a car from them and after 5 months the car started to leak from the transmission. They didn’t want to take any accountability for the transmission leak. Now I’m stuck having to pay every month a car payment for a broken car that doesn’t work. Don’t trust these guys and trust their cars, that’s my advice to anyone looking for a car. Look somewhere else!

Still have not received DMV License plate.

Pretty good customer service. The only reason why they got 4 stars was because they «lost» the keys for the first two days I was there. Jose took real good care of me and made sure that I got a reasonable price for the car that I wanted. Thanks stg this bmw coupe is awesome.

Worst experience in purchasing car from STG except We went in with a set budget in mind. We were going to leave because we were unable to the car we want at the price we want. The sales held us there for 5 hours and changed sales about 5 times saying they will make it work for us. They end up just moving the numbers around such as down payment to finance making us think we were getting a deal. We had explained our budget to each sales every time. We feel cheated by the place after explaining our financial concerns so many times.
Efren from service department was good though.

This dealer doesn’t even deserve one star. First of all, the finance manager we spoke to wanted us to put 5k down and a monthly of $ 561 for a 22k car? Yea right! We went to the other location and they were even more ridiculous 10k down for a 17k car? Their team is unprofessional and they have no idea what they are doing. Stay away from this place.

Let me just start by saying that this is only my second review in the few years that I’ve used Unilocal.My husband and I came here only because we were in the area and not necessarily in much need for a car. We had been peeking around for cars in case we happened to find one that fit and we saw their inventory online so we decided to drop by. We were first helped by a new salesman named Jake, and he was very welcoming and not pressuring at all, funny guy. After deciding on one of the two cars we were interested in Jake brought us inside to talk numbers. We also had a subaru we wanted to trade in.
My husband and I came in with an ideal «out the door» number and Jake pulled in another gentleman named Amir to help work it through. We quickly found out that these guys really are thorough when breaking the numbers down. Amir definitely wanted to get the numbers to work and we even spoke about options that didn’t involve their dealership. (We went through different scenarios where we would sell our Subaru elsewhere, since the trade in numbers weren’t working… who does that?) Amir gave us a couple breaks so that my husband and I could deliberate in private without any pressure, I really appreciated this. He came back and continued to work with us but we were still uneasy and felt that we just needed to re-​evaluate our wants/​needs, not that there was anything wrong with the team or dealership, we just walked in with a number and it wasn’t matching quite yet.
Amir had stepped into the Sales Manager’s office, he saw us just as we were getting ready to leave and asked that we come speak with Mark, the Sales Manager. Mark reiterated the tenacity we had seen with Jake and Amir and ran our ideal numbers once more. He asked us how they could make this work and he was completely candid about the way they get to theirs. We again tried to run scenarios, played with numbers, yet we were still reluctant. Mark continued to pledge that he wanted to make it work with us, he came down, showed us how the numbers would work and we eventually had an agreement.
We’re now leaving our Subaru here and taking a Hyundai home!
We’ll be back to STG for sure.

Great experience with Joe Isaak!!! Great, honest dude who wants to help in any way! Got the exact car I want with no hassle

I picked up an x3 BMW from this place a few months back, my salesman was Marcel. I have to saw what I taught was a good experience has translated into a living hell. Over the past months all the little cosmetic cover ups are coming to light. Paint chips, scratches all that shyt. Really these people are crooks and I would never revisit them. In my emotion review I praised them but I am taking all that back. They speak a good game but I’m seeing that it was just that. I was sold a piece of crap cleverly disguised. Horrible tires, just one issue from the next. I reached out to them and got treated like a red headed step child. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. this organization is not as it seems.

Freddy is the one to go to for a car! Buying a car is so stressful, but Freddy was gracious and patient with us today! Freddy gives «car salesman» a good name.

Wow thank you so much for the great service. We came in with an online quote that was honored. He made the process as fast as possible even though it was on memorial day weekend. We were pre approved through our credit union so that helps, for you people complaining about financing get it set up with your bank prior to arriving.
Also be sure to purchase the extended warrenty, we bought it through our credit union but be sure to purchase because better safe than sorry.

We drove from Victorville because this dealer had the most accurate photos and prices. EJ sales rep greatest us when we arrive and worked very hard to get us a great deal on a Dodge Challenger. Amir, helped us get the interest rate we needed in order to fit our budget. Highly recommended and worth the drive.

Worst experience ever!!! We were called to return to the auto shop because the manager has accepted our offer and the car is ready for us to take home. Waited for almost two hours and kept getting the «let me get the managers approval» or «the manager is busy with another customer».
Then the manager gave us a higher price and refused to honor the one on the phone. Bunch of liars. What a bait for us to return!!! But on the other hand, we were extremely glad the manager did not take our offer of $$$$$ (for that 1 star)…extremely glad we did not take the bait… come on! read all the reviews yourself and the many problems from other customers.

I had been searching for a car for close to a month. I found a2013 dodge dart limited at a different dealership but they ended up selling it before I could come back. I continued my search and found exactly what I was looking for at STG. The car drove like a dream and LOOKED like one too. The help we got from Jake was absolutely on point and very helpful. Amir also took wonderful care of us. They both worked extremely hard to get us the perfect deal. I left with my new baby and am loving every second I have with it. Thank you so much guys! You rock!

THE WORST, MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
When buying a car you want something simple and fast as possible. I stayed there for about 6 hours trying to get a «good deal». I left of with an agreement of putting sensors in my car for a price we had agreed on. I left with an empty tank. We also agreed on them sending me a gas card.
A month later and they wanna play dementia. They first promise you the moon and the stars when trying to buy the vehicle. After they act ignorant and rude! I would never recommend this mediocre of car dealer.

First of all I wanted to share my great experience with STG auto group. Wow joseph and his team provided my friend and I with great service !! I took in a friend of mine to STG only because I knew that they would have the car he was looking for and also for a great price. Joseph was truly a sweetheart along with his other staff members. They gave us the price we wanted made sure we were happy and off we went home. I can’t wait until I come back here to purchase a vehicle for myself. Why buying a car has to b so difficult and u have to deal with the classic wear-​you-​out tactics?
Should have read the previous review from Sharon Y. and many other bad experiences about this place b4 I even consider to deal with them.
This place is one that u should stay clear if u do not enjoy the several rounds of «wait-​let-​me-​talk-​to-​my-​manager» and then the «meet-​my-​manager» B.S. that could last for hours! Saw a car on Craigslist they listed that we wanted, went to their web site and put in an offer price with my contact details. I then received calls from two separate sales persons in addition to followup emails from 2 other guys. The first call from Willy was enthusiastic. Somehow he did not see my offer (in this day and age, this was unfathomable that electronic inputs could be so selectively ignored??) and I had to reiterate it. He called back and provided his counter of about $ 600 less. I told him that he should consider meeting my offer in between. He said he would «talk to his manager and get back.» He didn’t until late in afternoon. But not before another sales guy named Richard, who claimed to be a supervisor, called me in a highly obnoxious manner claiming that my first offer was too low, that the counter of $ 600 less from Willy (a nobody he said) was «unauthorized,» and would only stick with the original listed price (Huh? Either it was a messed up office or every sales person there was trying to elbow each other to meet their own quota). So when Willy called back later, he said my proposed «meet-​in-​the-​middle» price was workable. I reiterated that I did not want to waste my time coming down to hear another story and he affirmed it. When we arrived, there went the so many attempts to belittle and undermine the price we spoke of over the phone — this was none better than the antics of any flimflam used car salesmen lot! They desperately tried to «work the numbers» but still with the original sticker price, trying to justify their supposedly «value-​adds» like extended warranty, extra «cap» insurance and so-​called «gold package» that when we calculated was up to over $ 14,000 more than what we were willing to pay! There began the 2 and a half hour of «wait-​let-​me-​talk-​to-​my-​manager» and then the «meet-​my-​manager» B.S. Their finance package at 3.99%APR was a laugh when we could get a 0.99% APR from the Toyota dealer. When we lost our patience and decided to leave, they called us back while we were on the road. I once again told them over the phone of our final offer and said they should not waste our time if not agreeable. The sales guy affirmed that it would be done and when we returned expecting to do all the paper work, the arrogant sales manager we last dealt with pulled out 2 other counter offers amounting to a few thousand dollars more than that affirmed that really blew my top! I gave him a piece of my mind and walked out his office.
If u are looking for any win-​win deals, don’t expect it here. If u r looking for a great waste of your precious hours and belittlement, step right in!

The time had come to purchase a new (to me) vehicle.
I’ve owned a 2001, 2003, and 2005 Mustang GT in my short 21 years on earth, and the lowest mileage one I had I bought at 70,000 miles. After having a big boy job for a little over a year and putting in some serious hours — I figured I deserved a reward, in the form of a 5.0L 2011 Mustang GT.
FIRST IMPRESSION: Pulled up the dealer, had lots of sales guys staring at me smoking cigarettes — not a single one welcoming me or asking if I had been helped. Bad first impression. ¹⁄₅.
TEST DRIVE: I didn’t drive an hour from LA to make friends with sales guys, I came to DRIVE. It went well, Amir my sales guy had the mustang up front for me upon my arrival. Got a solid 15 minutes test drive in and was impressed. ⁵⁄₅.
SALESPERSON: Amir was professional and friendly enough. I wanted to wait a week after test driving to think the biggest purchase of my life over, and he followed up the correct amount. Not too much, but didn’t forget me either. ⁵⁄₅
TRADE IN: I didn’t get the full asking price, but I didn’t get ripped off either. It was below average for the Kelley Blue Book value, but it was still in range of fair offer. ⁴⁄₅.
THE DEAL: The deal was pretty much a standard car sales deal. Lots of haggling. Lots of back and forth to «the manager.» Lots of trying to throw in extras I don’t want. ATTENTION they WILL not lower their asking price a single dollar if it’s the lowest price in a 100 miles and THEY WILL force you to buy «Theft patrol» which is similar to LoJack, as they PRE INSTALL it on all their merchandise. To be fair theft patrol is pretty cool as you can track your car online or using an app, and it lowered my AAA insurance premium 10% which is actually significant. Still it would be nice to have the option not to buy it, especially when you’re stretching your dollars to make the purchase. I got the gap insurance at a fair price. ³⁄₅.
FINANCE: Atrocious. This is the only part were I truly feel screwed. Why is it that my credit on Credit Karma was around 700, but when they checked Experian they found no trace of credit? Why did they refuse to use another source aside from Experian? Like an idiot I took their awful deal with interest rates in THE TEENS. Although it’s not the end of the world, I’ll just refinance soon and then refinance again once I have a track record of payments. ATTENTION get pre approved loans BEFORE going to the dealer. I know that’s common sense and I should have done it, but it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of getting a super sexy car. ¹⁄₅.
THE CAR: The most important part of this whole ordeal. The car runs GREAT. The car LOOKS GREAT. Lucky for them I’m so happy with it, it took my overall review for them from a ²⁄₅ to a ⁴⁄₅. I checked the fluids upon my return home and I can see it was fully serviced with all new fluids which makes me happy. The side of the front bumper just sticks out a tiny bit, however; Amir assured me it was just a clip that they would repair free of charge when I have a chance to come back. If they don’t, you bet your ass I’ll update this review and mention it. ⁵⁄₅.
Unilocal REVIEWS: Reading the Unilocal reviews in that week between test driving and buying almost turned me off buying from STG. I even contacted a couple previous reviewers to get their experiences. This is why I made such an in depth review for STG. I want my experience to help others. As of right now, the car is great and overall I’m happy with my purchase. I will continue to update this review as time goes on and detail whether or not I had any issues.

Manny is a cool salesman that knows his BMW instead of other dealer ship that just want to get rid of cars, he actually know what he saying about cars.

This place is a joke! I purchase a car from them a year ago and that’s all I lasted and now they don’t want to be responsible for it after having extended warranty. Shop has had it for over 2 weeks and I’m the one that has to be following up with them it’s like and even then Edgar and Jesse never return the calls its like what kind of service is that that’s the reason I say it’s a joke all the want to do is sell u the car and clean there hands after.

Good selection of cars. But the WORST service. All guys seem to be too busy to take you serious. Then once they turn you down and make you feel judged and ridiculed. Someone calls you to tell you they work with the people that were turned down and convince you over the phone to come back under FALSE promises. I took my only family day to go back only to be told sorry to waste your time that either they wanted a 30% down payment or they couldn’t help me.
Then proceeded to tell me «why» AGAIN. As if I didn’t hear them loud and clear the first time I was there. I texted the person who called me to go back to share with him how ridiculed I had felt and how unprofessional that was. And well I got NO RESPONSE.
I’m not one to Unilocal anything negative but this is just wrong. I feel so angry at being ridiculed. So before you go here and your credit isn’t perfect and don’t have a huge down payment BE PREPARED to be ridiculed.
If they want ALL their customers with Good Credit or 30% down payment then JUST SAY IT. We wouldn’t be wasting each other’s time.

Came in looking for a car was greeted by Richard, didn’t find the car we initially wanted to see, but ended up finding something way better. All there cars are luxury cars with reasonable prices. THANK YOU STG! We love our car and you guys worked with what we wanted.

To be fair, the sales Associates Erik, Pedro and Javier were exceptional. The only issue on their end was a lack of communication with their finance department. Erik had explained to us that since we would be providing our own financing, that we would have 3 business days to produce a check in exchange for the vehicle amount. My wife and I did so and on the third business day we called their finance department to let them know we would be coming in with a check. The finance representative let us know that it was not actually 3 business days, but rather 3 days TOTAL, including Sunday, Monday (a holiday) and Tuesday. So now, we will have to essentially refinance the car which requires extra work to sort out the details. Needless to say, my wife and I were unhappy about this and were even more frustrated when the financing department offered no resolution to the issue and gave us the equivalent of verbally shrugging their shoulders.
Fast forward a few weeks later to bringing the car in for service to get the windows tinted, replace an air vent cover, install antitheft device, and repair our second row seat that is sticking and won’t slide forward. We leave the car for 5 hours and get a message at 5 from Joanna, our service rep, that the car is tinted, replacement vent ordered, antitheft installed, and that our keys would be left with the sales desk to come pick up the car before 9 pm (but no mention of the seat getting fixed or inspected). We arrived to pick up the car and asked our sales staff about the seat. They hadn’t heard anything from Joanna and reported that she would be gone until Monday, but would have her call us back first thing Monday morning. Monday around noon, I received a call from Lupe (who was very kind and helpful through the whole experience) to set up a second service appointment. I told her a second appointment wouldn’t be necessary until the vent cover arrived, but I asked her about information on the seat. She didn’t have any information, but said she’d have Joanna call us back asap. 3 phone calls and 5 hours later, I still haven’t been able to speak with Joanna or get any information about the seat. Poor Lupe was trying her best to help, and could only apologize for the lack of response. On the 3^rd phone call, she connected me to Gene, Joanna’s manager, who apologized profusely (still had no info about the seat), and assured me that Joanna would call me as soon as possible. An hour later (20 minutes before closing), still no phone call! Not wanting to repeat this experience again tomorrow, I called a FOURTH time and after being placed on hold for 10 minutes, was finally connected to Joanna. She seemed aloof about the situation and how difficult it had been to get a simple answer about our seat. I expressed my discontent as professionally as possible, and was met with a cursory apology and a brief explanation that the seat would require further inspection. This information, though limited, was the only thing I was seeking for the last few days, and could have easily been relayed in a brief voice mail. What should have been a 30 second phone call this morning turned into a frustrating, hours-​long endeavor.
Given all of our experiences with STG, what was previously a top notch dealership has now turned out to be quite disappointing. This is really a shame, as the sales staff and sales management worked very hard to ensure a great experience, and the financing and service department have done the opposite. Whereas I previously would have recommended STG without hesitation, I feel that the miscommunication between sales and finance departments and the complete lack of communication or concern from the sales department has led me to completely change my opinion of this dealership.

LIARS. SHADY. MISLEADING. They will basically say anything to get you to make the drive down to the dealership. And once you get there they will either give you price that is no where near your disclaimed budget or they’ll consent to your price and pull out a completely different car and chalk it up as «miscommunication»!! We fell for this twice. Shame on us right? DONT believe their online prices. DONT believe the price range they tell you over the phone. DONT believe the price the owner confirms. Just DONT believe them period. DONT make the drive. It’s not worth your time.

Where do I start? Tyler best sales rep! I did everything online. He was patient enough to work with me with my erratic work schedule. I picked up a Cadillac CTS-​v last night. Best place to get your car. Him and his finance team are the best A+

Last week I was contacted by the dealership informing me a truck I was previously interested in didn’t sell after all. They had recently lifted the truck and put on larger tires. So I jumped online to looke up the truck on their website and it was still sited at the same price, even after they’d updated the photos advertising it with the lift/​new tires. I texted the salesman back (who I will keep anonymous because I wish no ill-​will towards him — But he was the most uninformed/​dishonest sales person I’ve ever come across) to ask if the price of the truck had changed. He texted me back and said it was still the same price. So I told him I’d stop by later that evening with my wife for a test drive. I read the Unilocal reviews prior to going down and had my doubts, but it was a really nice truck that I really wanted to test drive so I didn’t mind the 40 minute drive to the dealership if it didn’t work out. When I arrived, it was the typical 4 – 5 guys standing outside smoking cigarettes. I met with our salesperson and he walked us to the truck. I started asking him questions, and scouts honor he could not answer even ONE question (still not sure why, he had about 6 hours to prep for our appointment). After the test drive, I knew to confirm the price one more time, so I asked him. He said the price of the truck was $_​_​_​_​_​_​, but the ‘accessories’ were more. I reminded him of our text conversation and the advertised price online, incredibly the light bulb turned on that the accessories were more. We caught him in several lies and he continued to play dumb. He eventually got his manager and between the 2 of them, they managed to get 4 – 5 different prices for the truck. The manager kept trying to coarse us to his office, completely disregarding my very simple question of how much the truck was as I saw it right in front of me. Eventually he quoted us a price $ 13,000 more than what I was texted and from what the website said. They tried telling me I had to remember tax, license, dealer fees, etc. which was an insult to my intelligence.
I completely understand lifts/​tires should increase the price of a truck, but this dealership knowingly chose to advertise an inaccurate price to boost interest. The test drive was a lot of fun and the truck was nice, but I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from here if it were the best deal on the planet.

Danger… danger: shady and dishonest, this dealer plays dirty sales tactics.
Went to buy a rare Jag Xf supercharged sedan last September, the price was 4k higher than it should be. The sales manager tried to sell the car as clean, but when we checked the car fax he tried to skim through it very quickly so I couldn’t read it, but I noticed what he was hiding and had him scroll back and sure enough it had rear end damage. The sales manager seemed insulted that I caught him in this lie instead of apologizing for this mistake began speaking to me and my wife in a condescending manner. He also stated this carfax was a mistake, and said no other car on his lot has a dirty car fax. When I showed him comparable cars priced 4k lower than his he stated his owner overpaid and they were not going to take the loss. His exact words were «if they don’t make up that money on me, then they will make it up on someone else».
We left. Their salesman continued to call me for 3 months, mostly at inconvenient times. When they came down to a reasonable price after 3 months we drove all the way back, to find the car was not on the lot, it was supposedly at the owners house in Dana Point. It was cold and rainy, and they asked us to wait 1 hour to have the car brought up. After waiting 4 hours the car still wasn’t there, we left. The salesman Eric apologized and stated he would drive the car to me the next day to purchase the car since we drove all the way to him for nothing.
He was a no show. Called the dealer, they said he wasn’t working, the sales manager Mike stated he would bring the car the next day, again no show. Called the dealer and conveniently Mike and Erik had simultaneous days off.
This is a shady, dishonest dealership. Be wary.

I recently bought an Audi from this dealership. My experience with every department was great [sales, finance, and service]. My salesman Joseph Issak delivered on every promise. He made my buying experience quick and simple while being very hospitable. Getting financed was easy and they were able to get me a very low APR rate. The service department also treated me very well and even provided me with a free rental car for the day while they installed an anti-​theft GPS system in my car along with a full detail job under the hood, inside the car, and waxed the outside. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is seeking to buy a car.

I’ve had a few issues after I purchased my Chevy Tahoe. My truck has been in for service on the same issues multiple times and each time the problem hasn’t been taken care of to the fullest. I’ve been getting the run around from the service dept on why the check engine light keeps coming on. The service dept just keeps clearing the code not taking care of the issue.
I have lost all faith in this Dealership to take care of my needs from this point on.
I’ll never purchase from this dealership or refer anyone to this dealership.

My experience here has made my car buying experience a total and complete nightmare.
First, I brought a 2014 C250 Mercedes from the dealership off Holt. THE NEXT DAY the AC goes out. I brought it back to the dealership off central because that is where is service department is. The man, Gene, told me it would be 3 days max! I was okay with that. A WEEK later he calls me and says it’s ready. I drive allll the way there wait for him for 15mins then find out it actually us not ready. The AC went out AGAIN! So I wait another week and a half!!! And he is telling me everyday I call «oh tomorrow it will be ready, oh no tomorrow it will be ready». I go pick it up drive it to my house and ON THE WAY the AC goes out AGAIN!
So I take it back to the dealership again. (By the way I have stayed calm through this whole thing, until now.) I tell them this car is not working for a 3^rd time and almost 3 weeks later. I want to look at other cars. So they send out a salesman we look at cars the same price as my Mercedes and I find a BMW I like. bwe test drive it. Then, I say okay I’ll get this one. We go inside I’m assuming to sign some papers and then he quotes me $ 120 a month over what I was originally paying. I felt extremely insulted because these two cars have the exact same ticket price.
Later, around 8pm, I talk to two different managers, Mando was one of them, he then says «oh sorry I had no idea what was going on, you actually can’t have that car (the BMW)». I’m furious now! He tells be that he will have to talk to the owner and he will call me at 12:00 pm the next day. And had someone from the service department drive me home because now the rental places are close. Now I have no car, no way to get to work and almost have to pay my first months payment for a car I haven’t had in my possession for 24 hours.
The next day… No one calls me!!! I had to call him at 3:00pm. And guess what? He was busy. That was the last straw. The next person to call is my attorney to get my money back. Please don’t give these people your money when they treat others like this. Do not let these bad people do this to you!

Do not come here if you are looking to buy your next car!!! I just purchased a 2014 335i BMW, a seemingly new car right? WRONG. Shame on me, I bought a car without seeing it and driving it. I live in LA and had them deliver it to me thinking it’s in amazing condition like they said. Why wouldn’t it be, it’s barely used? When I first got in it I immediately smelled smoke, I just thought maybe Ray (the salesperson I was working with) was a smoker and just left an odor bc he drove it over. No this smell has lasted and lasted. Not once did they mention it was a smoking car. And they definitely knew it was because there were scented papers hidden everywhere to cover it up. Secondly, if you read many reviews, where are the damn floor mats?! How do so many people who have purchased a car from them not have floor mats? Very weird. Had to call multiple times about this and finally they are sending me some. But who knows if they’ll even be BMW mats. The car also only came with one key and Ray promised me while sitting in my apartment while signing the papers he’d get me the second key no matter what. Never followed through after many emails and calls. And to top it off my brakes are so squeaky and there’s a weird rattling noise when I start moving from a complete stop.
They sent me back to do a vent treatment which barely worked. They just stuck more smelly papers everywhere. Had me sitting there for 8 hours for a mediocre job.
I purchased this car at full ask because they claim they were going to sell it at auction that weekend because they were losing money on it. great sales tactic. However, because I paid full ask they said they’d throw in whatever I wanted. I worked with Ray and Erik on this deal and they were great while working with them. Very attentive. But it’s all talk to complete a quick sale. They don’t want you to be a customer for life, they want you to be a customer for the day.
If you want a BMW or anything similar, just pay the extra money and get it straight from a BMW certified dealership. You’ll be happier in the long run.
I’m giving two stars because the people working there are very nice. But don’t be fooled.

Bought a beautiful truck from them, «but» after a little while the (pre burned up) engine took a dump! After waiting 2 months; $ 2,000 in mechanic time; $ 700.00 in rental cars; $ 840.00 in towing fees; at least” 40 phone calls and a poorly written extended warranty for $ 1,500.00…it got fixed!
It’s funny how they do that… Tell you one thing and do another!
All & All… they finally put a new engine in the truck and it runs great now. This is probably all due to the owners. (Thank You)

With the bitter taste in this whole process… I really think they should host a class in P R (Public Relations) for the decision making managers.
