I Love This Crew they’re all so sweet. When I was new to this place Pam had finished up my full set ever since then I have been in love with her work and the way she does her nails I tell her she should be working in Beverly Hills LOL everytime I get my nails here it’s good teamwork, Great success always getting what I want and probably even better thanks Pam and the crew !!!:D

Had my nails done by Pam and she is beyond rude. If you want to pay to get yelled at go with her. I started going with another girl. Pam is horrible and they have rotten lemons by the sink. It’s disgusting

The wait was a little long but that just goes to show how great this place is. I came in with dirty three week old polish on my toe nails and the manicurist did an incredible job at cleaning them and was very patient about it. The before and after was significant I wish I would have taken pictures.
Very kind and friendly staff, definitely recommend to make an appointment ahead of time to have an even better experience.

The staff is warm and friendly Navin and Rona took care of me. They are awesome!!! This is the place to get your nails beautifully done.

Paid extra for duck feet nails just to have her square them out. Had to have her put a new set on after she cut the lengths all different & way too short. Took 2 hours for a full set. Never again.

I’m giving five stars because I am quite happy with my overall experience at this nail salon. The woman who did my nails-​I think she might have been the owner– was so nice in explaining things and giving me what I wanted. She was attentive and double checked her work. And I love my nails I think they look so pretty. super reasonable prices for this work!
The location is a little hard to find, all the way in the corner by the post office, but they said they’ll be moving out of that corner soon, so y’all can find them!

I love this nail place. It is very relaxing time. All the pp is so nice. I am gonna come back for sure.

DISCLAIMER: This review is extremely long but it’s worth reading!
I’m a regular at Classy Nails and I’ve been going here since they opened. I even referred my whole family here. I always make appointments with Jennifer for my pedicure, and I never had a problem. Until today.
I had time to kill before I went to school so I called to make an appointment. I called Jennifer around 12 PM and asked her if she had time for a same day appointment at 2:15 PM. Jennifer told me that should be fine. Since I was making my appointment only two hours in advance, I double checked and asked Jennifer if she was sure she would have time. Since I’m a regular, I let her know that if she was busy, it was okay and I would come another day. I told her I have class right after, so I was in a rush and did not have time to wait today. Again, Jennifer said it was fine and confirmed my appointment for 2:15 pm.
When I was heading to my appointment, there was traffic. Around 2:10 pm I called to let Jennifer know I would be 5 minutes late. Since I’m a regular customer, I try to be mindful of her time and I wanted to give her a heads up that I was still coming. The owner of the nail salon picked up the phone. I asked to speak with Jennifer to tell her I was running late. The owner refused to put Jennifer on the phone saying «she is busy with a customer.» I was a little confused since my appointment was in less than 5 minutes, yet she was busy. I told the owner I had an appointment with Jennifer in 5 minutes and I asked the owner if she knew how long Jennifer would take to finish up the customer she was working on. The owner told me she could not tell me that information and to come in and just wait. I told her I had an appointment today and Jennifer knew I was in a rush and I couldn’t wait since I had class soon. I told the owner I didn’t mind coming in another day if Jennifer was busy and couldn’t see me. In the past, even when I had an appointment, I had to wait. I usually don’t mind but today I was in a rush. The owner told me again to come in and that it would be a short wait, then hung up on me.
Even though I should have probably turned my car around, I was already on the way there so I decided to just go and see how long the wait was. I got there at 2:20 PM, 5 minutes late as I told the owner I would be. When I went in, the shop was completely full. Jennifer was currently working on a customer. I told her I had an appointment with her at 2:15 PM. She told me to pick a color to stall time. Since I always do French pedicure, that took no time at all. I asked her how long it would take since it looked like she was barely starting on the customer. She said to wait 5 minutes and she would be done. HAH! That «wait 5 minutes» line might work on other customers, but first I’m Vietnamese, so I know what that really means. Second, I’ve been doing my nails for over 10 years, so I know that 5 minutes is never really 5 minutes. Lastly, I’m not blind, I see that Jennifer is barely putting the cuticle oil on her current customer.
I’ve been to enough nail shops to know that appointments mean nothing at most places. However, I’m upset because not only am I a regular customer, I also called TWICE to double check if Jennifer had time to take me. If Jennifer was busy, she could have easily told me to come back another day. I don’t appreciate the fact that she basically lied saying she had time to take me, yet took another customer during my appointment time. Also, even though she knew I did not have the time to wait today, she still was persistent on having me wait claiming it would only take 5 minutes.
Soo… since this review is extremely long, if you read up to this point, you are probably wondering how it ended. I told Jennifer if she didn’t have time for me today, I could leave. I heard another technician rudely yelling «let her leave» in Vietnamese (probably thinking I wouldn’t understand). So as they requested, I left!
If this is how they treat loyal customers, then this is not the place for me. This will be my last time here. There are plenty of nail shops around the area, most are cheaper too. Literally after I left, I went on Unilocal to find another nail salon near by and found one less than a mile away. The other place did an awesome job and I’ll definitely be going there from now on!
My message to Classy Nails? As Beyonce would say «don’t you ever for a second get to thinking you’re irreplaceable.»

This was the spot to go to if you wanted good service. Sadly it is no longer the case, I had a gel manicure that came off in two days, when I called and asked to speak to Pam hoping she would make things better, she was upset and said they don’t guarantee their work to last. I have also been an regular for facial with Pam, this last session she was not in a happy mood she rushed through the facial and the last 15 minutes of it she spend talking on her cell phone while she rubbed my face with one hand… bad bad bad, shame on you Pam!!!

Pam does a great pedicure! I saw my podiatrist recently, and he commented on the excellent work done on my big toe that has ingrown nail problem. Pam is patient and thorough, and the only one that I will allow to do my pedicures. I have been to many spas and salons, and she is the best. The only critque — music would be a nice touch, not always on. Convenient location, easy to make appointments.

Im warning you… do not go to this place! Ive been going here since october, my last visit was two weeks ago. I would always come here to get a fill and I never had a problem until 2 days ago, i noticed that my thumb nail has developed fungus! This disgusts me and im so disappointed because i was a loyal customer. They ruined my natural nail. I would most definitely not recommend anybody to come here, ive never had a problem with my nails until i started coming here! Be careful.

What a great job they have done for the price!!! Very clean and they take their time.

This is my first time at Classy Nails I realllyy loved how they lookI’m very satisfied. the only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have music but they did an amazing job!

These ladies are perfectionists!!! Clean, gentle & beautiful job every time! Definitely worth checking it out.

My go to nail salon for a pedicure, staff is extremely nice and friendly. They are located in the Best Buy plaza on via campo. The actual salon is hard to find because they are located all the way in the back corner.
I always come right when I get off work since its on the way home for me. Everyone is great, I’ve never left unhappy with my pedicure. They take their time to really deep clean and to cut your cuticles. Spa pedicure is only $ 14 which is a steal! They’ve never rushed my pedicure even if there’s customers waiting to be serviced.
Make sure to bring your own sandals because they don’t have the disposable ones here. They charge $ 1 extra for cards, don’t forget to bring cash for tip.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a little less than a year and I have no complaints. Pam always takes care of her customers and their nails. Pam always does my acrylic nails & always blown away. Whenever I come in for a full set, I never have to tell her how long or narrow I want my nails. She already knows. My pedicure varies between the girls but you can’t go wrong with any of them. They all take care of me and my toes. And I love the feeling of a fresh brow wax. Pam or Mimi do the waxing. I am very picky about who waxes them but they both take care of my brows. And after every wax I don’t find myself going home and plucking some strands out. Definitely recommend.

Unilocal has let me down! So disappointed… this isn’t 4.5 star worthy and it was just okay.
I went in a spa pedi and gel manicure for the first time based on the good reviews on Unilocal.I asked for Pam because of all the reviews were raving about her work. Everyone was very nice and accommodating when I walked in. I called in last minute asking if I can come in 30 mins later. They accepted me to do that. I will start off with a positive by saying that I didn’t feel rushed when I got my pedicure. So that’s a big bonus for me. The prices seemed very reasonable (pedicure being 14 dollars). I forget how much the gel manicure cost.
I got my nails done by Pam and she was very distracted. I get it, she answers calls and greets customers but she kept on texting her friend while she was doing my nails. I dont like how the gel mani turned out. It’s very sloppy at the cuticle line and uneven. And FYI, the shortest massage ever! She slapped some lotion on and bam! That was it! She boasted how it turned out good because she did it… I’ve had way better!
Also, this place doesn’t have disposable slippers… I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t have these until now! I had asked her if they take card and she had said yes and we dont charge extra. So, I checked in on Unilocal to get my $ 1 off and then she proceeded to tell me the bill. I asked her to break it down. She explained that they charge $ 5 to take off the gel manicure since it was another place that did it. And next time, since they did my nails, they wont charge me. Okayyyyy… I did have that happen to me before but these days so many places take them off for free since they’re doing my nails. Okay fine, now then she says she has to charge me an extra dollar for using my credit card. Sigh, I asked her what that was about and how I understood there was no extra charge. Not sure if if I misunderstood her or she just added that to compensate for the loss of dollar from the Unilocal check-​in. So, if anyone can tell me that would be great so I can have piece of mind! She quickly changed the subject and said my nails look nice.
Wah wah wah… first world problems right!!! But yeah, I wont be back here… Pam’s customer service sucks. She seemed disinterested in engaging in conversation when I made small talk and even seemed annoyed. So much for being nice to people!

I have gone to a lot of places from fancy to ghetto, from Westminster/​Bolsa to Newport Beach. This place keeps it real, and I like it. Good quality no-​nonsense work. But also beautiful and artistic. And affordable!
It’s like getting a mani/​pedi from a close family member, but is very skilled. They don’t rush you, and are not afraid to take the time to give you a quality product. I’ve been to places where they don’t give you a nice flower at the end, because they are rushing because there are other people waiting, and still charge you five bucks, and expect a fat tip for something that is not very pretty.
For example, my girl made a mistake when doing my flower. She quickly owned up to it and started all over again. Like, from the start, as in primer. On *both* toes. Even though there were people waiting (thank God they were patient), she wanted to do the job right.
And when I paid, even though I gave her extra, she didn’t assume what her tip was. She gave me the exact change back, and respectfully waited for me to confirm how much tip I was giving her. Much respect to this place for that.

So I came here on a holiday, Martin Luther King, Jr., and it wasn’t busy at all. I was helped by Jennifer. The place is small and everyone that came in seemed to be a regular there. Jennifer was very nice and gave me the nails I wanted after showing her a picture. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the place is kind of dirty. There was a spider crawling on the counter when she was filing my nails, and there were a bunch of dead bugs at the bottom of the machine that you put your hands in to dry for gel manicures. Other than that, I would say it’s a reasonable place to go. Gel manicures are $ 19 or $ 20 – I forgot. And they charge $ 1 if you use your credit card.
