Food was delicious, service was great and the house tequila was as smooth as a baby’s bottom. Well worth the drive from San Diego! Ask for your waitress to be Olivia– she was awesome.

I gave this place a try a few days ago. It was a cool, breezy summer day and I wanted to give this place a try. As I walked through the glass doors of «Crabbys» I was greeted and sat down at a table. I then was introduced by a young boy named«Oscar», he seemed a bit odd and gave off a strange feeling, maybe it was the fact I saw him at the club just the night before dancing with my transsexual friend. He started to flirt with me after I told him I was not interested and just wanted to eat. He then took forever to take my order and bring me my food. I feel it was because I rejected him. All-in-all, food was alright.

The environment was very awkward, the waiter with the randy Jackson glasses kept coming on to me. I think he was homosexual

Never disappointed! Try the ceviche micro, the Asada tacos, carnitas plate and the Cheladas. Bonus is the friendly staff.

When you take a client to lunch, you like to acquiesce to their choice. Hey, I don’t know about places in Montebello anyway, so let’s go where you want to go, right? Well, the first two times, we went to Clearman’s Steak and Stein. Great call there. This time, my friend asked what I was interested in eating. I asked for a great Mexican place and he suggested Crabby’s. He’s a regular here and went for it. From the outside, it looked like an Asian crab and seafood house. You know, the boiled in a bag, peel and eat shrimp kind of place. Wrong. This is a classic Mexican seafood house. A few traditional Mexican dishes but tons of seafood on the menu. We had the queso fundido, mixed seafood ceviche, guacamole, chips and salsa. Everything was perfect. Really good stuff. Honestly, that could have been lunch right there. I did go for the shrimp fajitas and it was wonderful. Perfectly cooked, big shrimp. Great red peppers and onions, delicious beans. A clean tasting white rice and delicious flour tortillas. Nothing to complain about here. A solid, independent, mom and pop restaurant serving delicious fresh Mexican seafood. Great service, beer and wine, waiter service, credit cards welcome and a terrific local flavor.

So I came down to see the homie Oscar. I’ve been riding with him since day 1. His place has something. For everyone. If you’re a G and like seafood he’s got you. If you is a wanksta then he has tacos and burritos for you. Now if you some type of veterinary or something like that he has salad. Anyway I had the Campechana, fish taco and shrimp taco and it was legit. This is the real of the real. Oscar, the real MVP.

Decent restaurant with friendly staff and a very personable boss who comes and greets everyone in the restaurant. Atmosphere inside is nice — decorations are cool. Food is decent but the price is rather high given the smaller portions that you get. Frozen mango margarita was bad — super run down, all alcohol and hardly any mango substance. Also beware about the prices shown on the menu are not current — we were surprised when we saw the bill. They told us the menu is outdated but wait, why don’t you update it?

Stopped by Crabby’s yesterday to grab some lunch. My mom and I were originally going to have some Zankou chicken, but instead decided to try this new place out. I do not regret making that decision. First off and foremost, the owner Oscar is very welcoming and provides his guests with the best customer service. He came by our table several times sparking conversations. Not to mention the food is very flavorful which made this entire experience a pleasant one overall. We both ordered the fajitas, which were delicious! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to friends and family.

I’ve visited Crabby’s two times one for dine in and one takeout. First the owner is extremely friendly, maybe too friendly. *For the dine in I’ve had the Mahi Mahi al Ajo(in garlic sauce). The Mahi Mahi was well cooked, perfect amount of Garlic but a lil bit of to much sauce. He order came with white rice and refried beans. * Order of 6 Oysters, they had a lil bit of a fishy taste which told me they weren’t as fresh as I hoped. Take out *Camarones al Ajo — the order came with 8 shrimp butterfly style they were well seasoned but it was missing the Garlic taste I was looking for. It was more Cajon style. It was $ 14 maybe a lil over priced but the shrimp was still good

Second time here. The food is pretty good. Ordered the Macho Combo. It was $ 25 on the menu. Got the bill and it was $ 32.70. Asked the server about it. Her response: the prices changed a while ago. The dine in menu hasn’t been updated. But don’t you worry, because the take-out menu is up to date. I’m waiting for a better explanation. Nothing. Told her for better business practice you should honor the price on the menu. All she could say was«I know» repeatedly. She’s gotten complaints about it but couldn’t do anything(which I don’t understand). One would think she would have a better explanation for knowingly handing out menus with incorrect prices. I really want to like this place but I can’t support a business that tries to rip you off. Side note: our server’s excuse for not informing us of the price change when she gave us the menus was that she was busy. There were only 2 other tables occupied. A couple was at one table and the 2 ladies at the other table either worked there or knew workers(they were taking their plates to the back and cleaning up after themselves). If she considered that busy, she might be in the wrong profession.

The name os this place sounds like a Cajan place, but it’s not. It’s a Mexican-ish-fushion place. They have Mexican food… Italian food… and regular seafood. I feel like it’s still trying to find its identity. I got the Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo and the sauce was the best part of the meal. The noodles and shrimp were just okay, but the sauce. I drank it like soup. So yes, it had a soupy texture. I had some of my friend’s shrimp cocktail… it was okay. It didn’t have that much flavor. I had to add some salt and pepper. PARKING: free parking lot BATHROOM: One bathroom, clean AMBIANCE: Standard, very decorated. Lots of TVs and great surround sound. SERVICE: Great service. I do like how they let you pay individually. South Park Poop Consistency: It was okay.

I was near by on business and we decided to try this place after reading the Unilocal reviews. OMG!!! This place was just awesome and I will definitely be making the drive from Ontario to this place again, I plan to bring my family. Small place but very clean, great customer service and AMAZING food!!! After ordering a few yummy Micheladas, we still couldn’t decide what to order so we asked the waitress for her opinion. She offered to put a platter together for the 4 of us. We gave her a budget of $ 120 and she did a great job! It had servings for 4 people: w filet mignon, snow crab, queen crab, salmon, garlic shrimp, seared fish, chicken, etc. It was DELISH! The ambience is great too, music loud enough but not crazy(really good repertoire) so you can have a conversation. That place is a hidden gem. Never an empty table, and the owner walks around giving you free shots, a beer, or a rose– funny funny guy! Loved the entire experience, fully recommend it!

Oscar definitely treats everyone as family here. The food is delicious, the service is spectacular and the environment is very warm and inviting. Crabbys is the Mexican version of Boiling Crab with a Latin twist and wayyyyyyyyy better than Joes Crab Shack! The food comes out at a reasonable time, the servers are attentive and if it’s your bday, Oscar will make you feel extra special. There’s also a karaōke bar! Crabbys is a great place to treat your family, friends and even coworkers. You can also bring the kids as Oscar loves children and is very accommodating.

Welcome to the neighborhood, CRABBYCRAB! My fiancé and I are thrilled to have this place so close. The King Crab with Cajun seasoning was delicious. We also got the calamari– which was also a hit for us. We scored seats at the bar and enjoyed great company and ice cold beer. See you again soon, Crabby!

I have to say, I had a 5 star experience today at Crabby’ Seafood and More. Let me tell you, it was perfect in every way. There was such a great vibe going on there on Mother’s Day. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was like that every day. I really liked the ambience. Also, it is very neat, clean, & nicely decorated. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, & cooked to perfection. I had the shrimp fajitas with rice and beans. It was very delicious! Everyone in my party was completely satisfied with their meals as well. We ate to our content. Drinks were pretty awesome as well. Micheladas and Margaritas were some of the best. Really liked that extra shot of tequila that comes with the Margaritas. Lastly, the service was excellent! We were definitely treated like valued patrons. Thanks to Oscar & everyone there at Crabby’s for making it a day to remember for my family and I. We will definitely be back again & again.
