Super Fun Factory

Our party was a great success! The star wars package was amazing and our guests had a blast. I definitely plan on using them in the future.

Had a wonderful experience, stood interactive with all the kids the whole time and made the birthday boy feel special, Phil kept in contact before the party and let me know what he was going to do next so I could get all the kids ready during the party, definitely would hire them again.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. They were supposed to show up as Batman and Optimus Prime for my son’s 5^th bday party and instead just sent a face painter and said that their program is such that they do face painting for first hour and then characters. HE NEVER SAID that and then when he did show up an hour and a ½ late, he wasn’t even dressed as Batman and gave me this song and dance how if I don’t pay him, he’s going to call the police. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FLAKEY.

I hired this company a couple weeks ago for my daughter’s birthday party (a Monster High theme). Her favorite character from that show is Draculaura. I spoke to Phillip who was very professional and can tell he was excited about his company. The Draculaura they sent was super cute and her balloon animals were just as cute! I was very pleased with her. The party ran a bit late and we still had not cut the cake or did the piñata. I asked Draculaura if she can please stay a bit extra and she said that was not a problem. In fact, the last little kid did not break the piñata and I suggested Draculaura break it and the kids went wild! She also helped serve the cake too. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely hire them again and tell all my friends with kids! Thank you Super Fun Factory!!!

We used Super Fun Factory for my son’s 5^th Birthday Party that was Skylander themed. We had two entertainers come out. They were wonderful. They played games with the children, made balloon animals and painted their faces. They were very accommodating and designed the customs according to my son’s favorite characters. We will definitely be using them again for future parties.

I was really skeptic at first do to a few bad reviews but I decided to give them a chance because you can never really take someone’s opinion since everyone is entitled to their own. First and for most Phill was really professional when it came to booking my character (Olaf) BTW the cutest Olaf I had seen. Then can the event Olaf was AMAZING!!! He was so energetic & cute, all my guest loved him so much. He was just fantastic & my guest are still raving about him. Thank you so much I highly recommend them.

Booked super fun factory yesterday for my sons 1^st bday. Performers were willy and Francis. They were very professional and nice :) Francis came first to face paint and the kids loved her. She had a princess voice :) then came willy. He did the balloon making he was also very professional and knew what he was doing. Then came time to have the Mickey and Minnie characters. They were so cute :) my sons face lit up when they came dancing into the crowd of kids. They did there 2 hours like we scheduled. As for Phil I met him at my job universal he gave me a card while at the ticket booth. He was very enthusiastic and professional and I knew right away I was going to book them for my sons party. Overall I really really recommend them. If I had a frozen party I would definitely say to hire Francis :) she has the Disney doll look! I will definitely hire them again in the future for my sons parties :)

PEOPLE PLS DONT MAKE THE HUGE MISTAKE I MADE!!! THIS GUY WITH THE TUX AND CLOWN SHOES IS THE OWNER OF THE little business SCAM he has going on for who knows how long.
My story is based on today’s experience. I contacted him through craigslist posting in desperate need of a clown for my niece’s 6^th bday party I relied on «YES» on Craigslist for his services but hoping it would be different.
I texted this guy asking prices for 2 clowns 2 hrs. He responded quickly with $ 260 for 2 hrs. I thought well not too bad let me book for ³⁄₁₄ from 4 – 6. So I booked approx 2wks prior to today and he still had the nerve to text asking if he could change the time to sooner of course working to his advantage on the same day as the party. WTF!!! I answered back saying no too late now and my guest would all be expecting the time I originally requested. Ok he said fine but tell me why on the day of… He decides to show up 30 min late with two of the worst looking clowns I’ve ever seen in my life!!! No professional clown attire or makeup on either of the clowns very cheap like and offensive to people that actually pay to get these services from him.
For starters he requested the money upfront before starting the show. REDFLAGGGGGGG!!!
I paid him without thinking much about it when suddenly he disappeared to somehow get more balloons and makeup for the 2 clowns to begin face painting REDFLAG #2 both girls began their face painting and balloon blowing but I suddenly realized they had miserable faces and wondered why were they behaving this way but didn’t think much about it and let them continue. Game time came around and I kept noticing neither of the clowns would talk much or smile with the kids NO INTERACTION WHSTSOEVER! At that point, I approached them and asked to Pls put a more enthusiastic face and playful ways but their faces were looked so frightened and unhappy so I asked what was wrong. They spilled the beans and said it was actually a last minute job to them and they had no experience doing this bcs this was their fist day as clowns and in need of money. I asked to Pls explain and they said the guy that dropped them off was not suppose to leave and instead stay to guide them with the show to get experience. Yet he was long gone and only promised them a ride back when done with the party. At this point I got very upset and asked them to stop the show and just sit down to wait for the so called MANAGER/​owner of this NONSENSE and immediately called the guy to ask the reasons why he had done this when we were booked for wks? His answer was very aggressive and in fact intimidating a bit since he mentioned he would not refund my money back bcs they had already been here with the ballon and face painting show. Omg! Is he serious? Oh yes he was! I waited exactly 45min before his arrival and walked the girls to the car to try and request my refund bcs he was trying to ditch me by calling the girls to his car instead of getting off the car and talk to me. His approach was horrible and scary! He was angry at the girls for telling me the truth about Sat ³⁄₁₄ being their first day as clowns. He began yelling at one of the girls and threatened them with a ride back to their home.
I will continue my story in the next few days but right now I just want my experience to be a reason why YOU IF YOU are thinking about hiring them to NOT MAKE THE MISTAKe of doing it!!!

I booked them for my daughters 1^st birthday this past Saturday. 1 hour of Face painting, 1 hour of balloon animals. They were supposed to be there 3:30 — 5:30pm because her party started at 3pm. I saw a flyer at BJ’s and Pelitos hair salon in Montebello, so I thought for sure this had to be a very legitimate, professional business. I called and booked with Phil. He was very unprofessional to begin with, stating that he could send a girl but then changed his mind because he said one was less «flaky» than the other. Who would say that to a potential customer??? So that should have tipped me off, but I was desperate because we had rescheduled her party due to the rain and our other artist was not available. I was so upset when the first girl showed up at 3pm and I received a call from Phil stating that the first girl would stay from 3 – 4 and the second would arrive at 3:30 and stay until 4:30 because they had booked another party at 5! But our written text and verbal agreement was 3:30 — 5:30! I am still very upset because nobody gets to a party on time and many kids came as they were leaving. The «clown» even had the nerve to be disrespectful to a parent and did not seem like she had much experience working with children at all. The mad hater was better though and very friendly. That’s about the best thing I can say about them. Overall I will NEVER book anything from them again. I was going to get 3 hours of service for their 2 hours which they ended up ripping me off and turned it into 1 ½ hours. They came early and left early and my guests were left unhappy and so was I!
