Our staff is Federal and State Licensed and has received hundreds of hours of specialty training on Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Federal and State Tax Preparation. We also provide assistance with the creation of Corporate Minutes, Bylaws, and Employee Contracts.

Established in 2007.

When our firm was established in 2007, the founder, Mary Wong, was already known in the community for her business experience and for excellence in her fields of expertise. Since then, she has continued to build on that tradition by developing a staff of professionals who share her dedication to quality service and technical proficiency.

Business Owner

Mary has been in practice for 23yrs+ in the field of tax planning and preparation and organizing new businesses.

She has a strong belief in helping at-​risk youth and building a stronger community. Mary is the founder of Project NEO (Nexus, Enrichment, Opportunities), a nonprofit organization providing free tutoring to at-​risk youth in the San Gabriel Valley and empowering high school and college age students with leadership development.

Mary is a true believer of philanthropy and funds Project NEO through the success of her Exact Tax Inc. accounting firm but never takes a tax credit.
