Serious love this place! Same price as Maya across the street but the main lady here is also very funny and super good at what she does. My eyebrows were a little uneven and she worked with me and gave me great tips to get them looking great again.

Located in a very tiny strip mall right across the street from Atlantic Square, Glamour Threading Salon is hidden within this plaza. Hint: Glamour Threading Studio is located on the same side of the credit union. I came across this salon during lunch time on a weekday.
The Glamour Threading Salon is a super tiny shop that’s literally a size of the room with two salon chairs. Upon entering, you sign in your name on a clipboard and the service requesting. I came in for eyebrow threading — $ 7. When I came it was a one woman show with 2 people in front of me. I waited for approx 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon. I can only imagine how long the wait is on the weekends. Despite the long wait, I really like the results of my eyebrows. And for $ 7, it’s a deal and would come again.
Btw, restrooms are upstairs in the same plaza.

Basanti is very kind, takes her time, has a delicate hand, and from what I experienced, has an amazing eye for shaping brows. She understood my needs and explained what she was going to do and what we will need to do for future visits to achieve the perfect brow.

Basanti was great. She heard me, offered her opinion and suggestions. Took her time and was very patient. Can’t wait to go back. Takes card and cash.

Basanti did wonderful work. The women there are very sweet, and I was helped right away. It was one of my first times threading, she explained what she was doing and when to come back. Great to see the pride they take in their work.

I was a loyal customer of Basanti’s before she opened this new location in Monterey Park, and even though I live in dtla, I make the drive because there is no one else I trust more! I am an actress, and having someone who is excellent and an expert at threading is crucial to my situation! Not only is she the absolute best, she is also the sweetest person to ever rip all the hairs out of my face. Highly highly recommend!

I usually get my eyebrows waxed in one of the nearby salons except their volume in customers has gone up & i didnt want to wait. I went in to Glamor Threading because of their sign outside the building & Basanti greeted me. I mentioned it was my first time threading. She was super helpful & made sure i was comfortable, she was very gentle. I originally heard it hurts a bit, but it was painless (to me.) She kept my shape & cleaned them up really nice, it was a very huge difference than when i get them waxed. I loved the fact that she talks you through it & asks you questions & is super nice about answering yours. It was my first time in here & i am definitely switching from my regular place to Glamor Threading, Basanti was very professional. Thanks

This place is great!!! I used to get my brows waxed at a salon nearby but overtime the quality went down. I decided to find a new place. The read the reviews here and figured I would try it out. I went last night and my brows were uneven and very thin. (I have thin eyebrows to begin with.) I came out with even eyebrows and they were shaped nicely. I’m definitely coming back again. I have found my go to destination! You must try this place out. You will not regret it!

I came here for threading for the first time last week. When I walked in there were no customers there, but Basanthi immediately greeted me with a smile and asked me for my requests and any concerns about my eyebrows.
She was extremely helpful and gentle. She wasn’t annoyed with my questions or when i asked to her to redo certain areas of my eyebrows. I am now going to be a loyal customer :) I highly recommend this place!

Basanthi offers the best customer service you can find out there at an eye brow threading place. I have been coming here since the grand opening. From the very beginning she was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and even makes you laugh! She takes her time and is very patient to make sure she cleans and gets every hair to perfection. I highly recommend this place! She is very confident in what she does and you can tell she enjoys doing it. Even if there is a wait it is worth it and you will not regret getting your eye brows done by her! I will always return!

I came here on my cousins recommendation. I was skeptical because of the location & having sensitive skin I didn’t know if I would break out or not. I went anyway.
I am SO GLAD I did! Basanthi is amazing. She is very friendly, funny and kept my eyebrows nice & thick. She cleaned me up beautifully & I let her do my mustache too (which I never do but she made me that comfortable). Oh and her prices are ridiculously awesome. For the amount of time she spent with me, I expected to pay twice what I did for the eyebrows & mustache threading.
She is now going to be my go to threading person! I am definitely a fan

First time here today. Lately my eyebrows have been getting thinner and thinner due to ladies over threading them even though I asked for them to be left thick. Basanti was super methodical and definitely shaped my eyebrows nicely and left them full.
I’m so thrilled to have found her. the shop is beautiful clean and brand new. I can’t wait to go back to her. Prices are very reasonable and I’ve never had somebody take so much time and Care into threading each and every hair off my face. I wonder what will happen when she starts to pick up business and things get very busy, seems like she is the only one at the shop now.

I loved the experience of coming here the owner was the best and sweetest, I’ve always done waxing because well threading hurts. Lol but this place has proved me wrong on so many levels they have light hands and are careful on their shaping and aside from everything they make the experience joyful! My go to from now on! So I normally get my eyebrows waxed/​threaded all the way out in Pasadena and decided to give this new place a try. I recommend going in and getting your eyebrows threaded with Basanti she is extremely patient and sweet when threading my eyebrows. She nicely cleaned my eyebrows and didn’t reshape them or make them look too thin. Give this place a try I highly recommend it!

this just might be my new to go threading place. so close to go work and school. go recommended to try this new place out by a coworker for the promotion they have this month. $ 5 for eyebrows til ⁵⁄₃₁. I really like how my eyebrows came out, no pain and she puts aloe gel on it so it’s more refreshing instead of the usually alcohol. the lady is more about detail than quickness. after all the detailed threading, she takes her time to trim it so it looks perfect.
like normal you walk in like normal and sign in. here they ask if you want water and they will tell you an estimate time of when they will be done with their current client. great customer service. it’s great knowin that she used to do this in Dtla with lines waiting for her. she’s also super clean: hand sanitizer after each client and after touching money, even uses a new thread. cleanliness and detail is the key.

My eyebrows look amazing! Basanti the owner of the salon was able to shape them up exactly how I wanted them. This is the best they have ever looked! I am in love with my eyebrows:) …very friendly environment! It’s a must go place to get your eyebrows done!!!
