I love this friendly neighborhood liquor store. :)

Listen, this place gets 5 stars for the location alone. Convenience is the name of the game. This place is convenient as hell. Remember, your always gonna pay a little more for convenience and its well worth it. Anyways, this place has it all. We stop in this store every time we visit our cousin who lives across the street. They carry just about every beer you can think of, as well as every spirit. They have a good wine selection with pricing as good as Ralph’s or Food for less. For all you Lottery customers, they have a scratch-er dispenser machine, which if you don’t know is heaven to a lottery player. I would definitely give this place a shot, there is plenty of parking and they are always open.

Santa Fe Market is your typical mini market /liquor store. But this is my go to beer run spot! They have a GREAT, and diverse selection of beer. Decent wine selection as well. All at good prices. Whenever my wife ask’s me to go pick up some things from the market, and am too lazy to go to Ralph’s, I come here since it has everything Ralph’s does. Besides the frozen chicken and meat section that is. Hey, It’s only about half a mile from our place, can you blame me? The only thing I would not buy here is fruit. The fruit never looks or feels fresh. The junk food section here rules. From chocolate bars, nuts, pastries, beef jerkey, and candy, there is a lot of choices in that department. Plus they also have brewed coffee running all day, which is awesome for us coffee drinkers. They also have a kitchen in the back of the store where they make burritos, pizza, sandwiches etc, but I’ve personally have never had anything from there. The girls that work the cashier are very cool, and really nice. Awesome convinient market for us in the area.

I was dehydrated thirsty when I went in here. The prices are decent as far as energy drinks and goodies. My gripe is that this place charges you 69cents per debit card use for transactions under 10bucks. That’s more than what arco charges for using a debit card for gas. That was a complete rip off.

I used to come here when it was called Hi-Ho. This is a good stop if you’re too lazy to go to a mainstream market. It’s your typical liquor store/general market, that carries a decent array of wine too. The prices are of course a little higher, but if you’re looking for convenience, this is it. They also sell cigars too. Santa Fe also carries a limited amount of produce(lemons, limes, avocados, etc.)and fruit, but definitely don’t expect freshness here. There’s a kitchen in the back that sells tacos, pizza and other food. Friendly owner/staff.

The beer selection at Santa Fe Market is good, albeit a little pricey. They are the only liquor store in the area that stocks a wide variety of craft and microbrew beers. Everything from Stone IPA to Chimay is here. It was much better when they had fresh pizza in the back but its still a better than average liquor store.

Its one of those liquor stores that has Everything you need. Liquor, snacks, deli, gifts, toys, lottery tickets, etc, etc. Great selection of beer. Gourmet beer too — you name it, they got it. Behold: the snacks! Almost every nut maker imaginable. *Before they changed the name to Santa Fe(was called Hi Ho before) they used to have one of those grabber claw machine games. What was special was that they used to attach $ 50 and $ 100 bills to some of the stuffed animals. I guess they got busted since its basically gambling. Funny to see a long line of under aged kids lining up on that machine talking about what they were gonna buy.

RIPOFF. We came here after opting to go to 7 – 11 for the newspaper. For the sake of helping a Mom and Pop store, this is probably the last time I will ever consider doing that. Down with them and on with the big corporates! So we came here to buy the 75 cents LA Times and they had the nerve to charge $ 1. Okay, given the tax rate(9.75%), they should only be allowed to charge 82 cents at the MOST since they advertised their cost being 75 cents. This place is not Las Vegas(where transportation cost should be a factor). No receipt was issued for this transaction. I highly doubt LA Times is asking them to charge this. Thanks for pocketing the extra 18 cents. I hope you can reap in millions with every 18 cents you pocket from consumers. I am never coming back because of their deceptive ways! NEVEREVER.

Hhh aiight. So I went back and tried to see if lightning would strike the same place twice but alas. The Peroni is actually $ 9.99 which means the aforementioned counter girl just totally messed up that one day. How sad. I feel ruined. However, we managed to snag a 12-pack of Pacifico for just $ 12.99 and accompanying limes at a very reasonable $ 0.20/apiece. Not bad. This place is still way cheaper than most liquor stores. I guess I’m just greedy.

We bought our home because of the close proximity to the Sante Fe Market. This places LOOKS like a trashy little corner liquor store, but it is honestly pretty awesome inside. Sure, they have the obligatory miller lite life size pin up. But they also have a wide selection of beers(they stock fat tire!), wines(more than just the normal cheapo jugs), and hard liquor. But wait, there’s more! This place has their own deli and pizza shop! 9 bucks for a large pizza! Fried chicken! Sandwiches! This place is seriously a one-stop shop. Buy a home by this market before it’s too late!
