Abrego Print and Copy

It is General Election Season 2012 – just about the most difficult time to get great printing fast, at a reasonable cost. A brilliant grassroots-​activist member of the campaign we’re working on called up a man named Kevin at Abrego Print Services. Just a few days later, we already have in our hands thousands of crisp, beautiful, two-​sided flyers on canary yellow paper to distribute, at a jaw-​dropping unit price that beats every other estimate by a long shot. Kevin even enhanced the digital file that we gave him to use, because he couldn’t bear to do a less-​than-​high-​quality job. We vote that you use Abrego Print Services for all your printing needs! A couple of weeks ago I noticed I was out of business cards. I called Abrego Printing and talked to Kevin. He has me go to his website and within a week I had a thousand cards delivered to me. He also suggested a different card stock and tweaked my artwork. Kevin’s professionalism and business service is impeccable.

I’ve been very pleased with the service, quality and prices at Abrego. They are way cheaper than other places in the area. Another local place, which shall remain unnamed, quoted me $ 450 for 500 full color copies, where Abrego did 1000 full color copies for $ 115! Serious savings. I like how easy it is to do the whole thing online too.

When our new business opened up here in the area we went through Abrego printing for alot of our work and I must say that their customer service and the attention given to our projects were top notch. I would gladly recommend them and have. The gentleman was quite helpful to my employer when other similiar establishments in the area were not. He was very personable and gave us a great deal, no complaints.

I have to use these guys for work. I’ve not been impressed by their quality. They’ve returned print jobs where the toner hasn’t set right, and you can see that it printed poorly and if you touch it, it smears, but apparently that’s good enough for them? Their paper selection also doesn’t seem to be as nice as other copy places I’ve used. I’ve had problems with them dealing with digital files. For instance they’ll have a problem with my file for some unknown reason and have to open it in a program that it wasn’t designed to open in, so the image/​text gets distorted — and they just print them that way instead of getting back to me about it. They also always say that you can email them your order, but at any given time, I’ve found their email addresses not working. They have an @abregoprint.com one, an @aol.com one, and a @yahoo.com and I’ve wasted way too much time trying to send them a simple email and wondering if it worked or not. Anyway, while I’d like to support them because they’re a local business, I wouldn’t really recommend them.
