We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone massage. All massages include lavender, peppermint or sweet orange aromatherapy, warm towels and heat packs upon request. At Nourish Massage and Wellness we provide a safe and nurturing environment and really listen to you to so that each massage is customized to your individual needs.

A massage therapist since 1997, Michele started Nourish Massage and Wellness in San Jose in 2011 after moving back to the Bay Area.

It was so sad to see Michelle moved away from San jose. She is an amazing massage therapist and very knowledgable in her field. Not only that she has a very soothing and calming voice. I always walk out of her place feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Monterey is so lucky to have you. Go try her out. You wont regret it!

Nourish was a very welcomed retreat on my weekend getaway to Monterey. Michele is an excellent massage therapist. I think that was the best neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever received! Plus she worked out the tension in my upper back that I didn’t even realize was there! I will definitely be seeing her again on my next trip there.

Michels has a true gift at massage. She’s able to read your body and know what you need. At the same time she listens to your concerns that need to be addressed and finds the problem areas you weren’t aware existed. I’ve had massages from many people in many settings including top rated resorts and Michele is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever received a massage from. I debated taking a nap in the car after my appointment because I was so relaxed I wondered if I’d be a hazard on the road. Seriously, best. massage. ever.

A beautiful experience. Michelle is an absolute blessing!!! She is so very sweet & gave a fantastic massage. I have slight scoliosis and a shoulder that is always knotted until I see her. She does a fantastic job of massaging out the knots with no soreness later like I have experienced from other therapists. She is a true massage therapist! I highly recommend her services!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Michele and her professionalism. She is definitely the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is a great listener. She is calm and modest in person.
She has strong and confident hands. You will find her very versatile with the ability to perform using deep pressure but in a relaxing manner for best results. My neck and shoulders carry a lot of tension from office work as well as from holding my babies. Every time after the massage by Michele, my body feels good and deeply relaxing.
I introduced Michele to my mom and she has become my mom’s favorite therapist too.

I’m always hesitant to try a new massage therapist, but after finding out about a deal at Nourish Massage, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. Michelle, the owner, has practiced massage therapy for years in the San Jose area. I like a deep massage that will help work out the knots in my shoulders and back, and Michelle was able to do just that. Aromatherapy is offered as part of the massage and I felt like I floated out after the appointment. In fact, I was so relaxed that I didn’t even realize I left my jacket behind when I left. Michelle was kind enough to immediately contact me to let me know. Whether you get in at a discount or full-​price, the experience is definitely worth it. I’ll be back!
