I came here with a groupon deal, big mistake! The worst hair cut and color of my life! To be fair she did offer to fix anything if it wasn’t to my liking. However it was so damaged and destroyed by too strong of chemicals, over processing and complete and utterly wrong shades of color, that I was afraid of what would happen if I went back again. I went in with one all over dark brown hair color slightly grown out, came out with about four shades of highlights that were orange, white blonde, yellow blonde, and my favorite, some greyish blue tinged hair as a result of an failed attempt at toning. My scalp was literally tingling when I left. She even got distracted half way through the cut and thought she was finished until I reminded her that she hadn’t done one side.

After reviewing the passive aggressive comment from the owner indicating that she does not believe my experience based off of her databases, It only solidifies my poor experience and I stand by my original review.

I was looking for a trim and style for a night out on the town with my husband. I saw Mary and my hair looked so pretty. Thanks Mary. Highly recommend this lovely lady!

I found Top Floor Hair Studio through a Groupon deal. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. Mary did a great job with my hair! I am very happy with the result and will definitely go back. She took the time to give me some good tips on styling as well, which was nice.
Only reason for a 4 star review is that the studio was a little hard to find. Maybe a detailed description on location on the website would help limit confusion.
