California RV Service

This is by far the best RV repair experience I have had. camping World and Neil’s RV are completely dishonest and deceitful. I Have had my 2014 Fleetwood in several times for various repairs and have been more than satisfied with the quality of service.

Consumer beware California R V are not Handicap friendly, had them put new roof on my motorhome, but when i took it out i had water damage
So i call the owner and the 1^st thing she said is your the one that dont work unlike the rest of us that has to work for a living, i wish i could work been disabled for 9yrs i paid 4000 dallars for new roof when i went in to tell them about the leak they said leak was broken vent that they were supposed to change but she said she was doing me a favor saving 200 dallars by putting the old broken vent back on when i disagreed she ran me off the property and called the cops on me, Thank you California RV for showing ypur real colors. Liars never told them not to replace vent Joke!

I have been taking my RV to California RV Service for a few years now, and have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Tony, Michelle, Brian, and the rest of the great technicians there. There has never been a time when I have mentioned that I wanted something done or looked at where it wasn’t addressed or repaired, and I feel confident that when I take my RV to California RV Service it will be done right, or they will fix it again until I am satisfied. I have been to many RV repair shops and this shop serves the customer better than any other shop. I highly recommend you give them a try!

I live in the high desert and there are not a lot of RV service centers. I found this one by chance! I was able to bring my Trailer in for service after staying at beach. I left unit for service and picked up the following week. The service Technician Brian made it ready for me the following week. All items were fixed and the price was within their Quote! Thanks to all at California RV Service!

I have been to several companies over the time I have been an rv owner, Brian, Michelle and crew are by far the best around. My RV Has been there a few times and they always provide great service and also great pricing. They have always provided me with answers to my questions and worked with me. My repairs have been completed in timely matter and never any surprises.

This has been the worst experience I have had with any business! My motorhome was taken to them November of 2012 and today June 20 2013 got it back! In the process of it being at their shop they did a lot of warranty work, and I was told it would be 100% covered by my warranty co. To my surprise I had a 1200.00 bill, and after a heated conversation with Tony (the owner) he called ME dishonest and would not accept credit card for payment. He demanded CASH! Even thow they advertise they do take MasterCard and visa! As for the technicians, everything they touched seemed to break or ruin something else in the coach! This is not a cheap coach it is a 2004 Itasca meridian 36ft. Diesel pusher! 215,000.00 new! I was never treated with respect by anyone at the facility it was more like I was a nucance, just another customer to get as much as they could from to pay for Tonys car collection:(I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!! In addition to my 1200.00 in cash they got 10,000 from my warranty co. I see now who is DISHONEST!!! And definetly won’t ever go back to the Bitter Britain!!! My rating for this business is –10 stars had to give them one to post this review
