Update: After speaking with Anthony, I was told the reason the guys couldn’t finish my house was because it was unsafe to get a ladder to my second story. Anthony told me he’d call back after checking with his crew, but I have yet to hear back. So at this point I am done. I am irritated that I’ll have to call someone else to finish the project, and I have learned a valuable lesson, have the crew check out the property before hand.

Anthony quoted me $ 175.00 including the frame around the windows, take the screens off clean them, and clean the base of the screen doors. The screens were NEVER removed and cleaned, the window washer missed spots on the windows, the base was NEVER CLEANED. I would never recommend this window cleaning company. The window washer was suppose to show up today to re-​do his work and he never showed up.

Not impressed at all! Had an appointment with the Window Genie of Conejo Valley last week (Moorpark). Spoke with Anthony Bernardi, arranged my work schedule to be home for the window cleaning, and even received a confirmation email for the appointment. Well guess what… a big no show. Called the company, left two messages, and even wrote an email to the owner. It’s been 5 days and still no response from them. I understand things come up and hopefully everyone is ok, but there should be someone who has access to customer info and they can notify them in the event it’s needed. My advice is pass on this window cleaning company…

Unfortunately, it seems that customer service is nonexistent in many companies these days. This is NOT the case with Window Genie. My first interaction was on the phone with Anthony. He was personable and professional and answered all my questions so that I understood everything he was explaining. We set up an appointment to have our windows cleaned. On the day of the appointment, we received a call from the workers, Sean & Brock, to let us know they were on their way. Sean & Brock were very personable and professional and got to work as soon as they arrived. When they were finished, we were very impressed with their work. We very highly recommend Window Genie and will certainly use them again the next time we need our windows cleaned.

Window Genie cleaned all our windows, inside and outside. They were on time and and they gave me an appointment time and not a 2 – 4 hour itme-​frame. They used shoe covers each time they went into the house. They were amazing, friendly and my windows are shiny and clear.

This company is amazing. Stellar customer service!
Window Genie came over and cleaned all of our windows, inside and out. Not only were they on time (actually slightly early, which I love) they gave me an appointment time, not a 2 – 4 hour time-​frame. They used shoe covers each time they went into the house even though I told them they didn’t have to. They were able to get to hard-​to-​reach areas, such as a very high, vaulted ceiling window, and windows that were guarded by cacti. No plants were destroyed, and they weren’t bothered by my dog. Furniture was gently moved and they paid close attention to my wood floors. Even better, they weren’t there trying to hard sell their other services (of which there are many, many I will surely use). After all was said and done, the windows are crystal clear it seems as if I don’t have windows at all now. I had no idea how bright and beautiful my view is.
Overall – exemplary service I will use again and again.
