These ppl R scam artist and full of shit! They false advertise then try and tell u it’s based on what ur service is then say they told u about that. bullshit bullshit bullshit! Their service sucks and so does dish! I ‘ve had nothing but problems with this stupid thing from day 1 I keep getting a loss of signal and the shows jus keep going in N out! Come to find out the idiot that installed the dish should of nvr installed it there! You get what u pay for that’s for sure and it’s crap! I def advise everyone to stay away from Direct TV and especially the ACA group if u don’t wanna deal with the bs! They don’t even deserve A star!
