Mario helped me identify a broken part on my refrigerator, ordered it and even delivered it to my house. I just moved to Riverside and I’ve found my go-​to guys for appliance repair. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service from Mario! He knew exactly what needed to be done and had all of the parts available. He replaced the icemaker which had burned out and replaced the small ice door on the frig… works great now… I highly recommend him and his company!

Great service from Mario. He came over same day and replaced my dryer drum belt. He was very honest with me prior to coming over and told me it could be anything simply or If he needed to order any other part that he didn’t carry, he wouldn’t charge me for additional labor costs. $ 35 for dry belt and $ 95 for labor. He also vacuumed out the back of the dryer and cleaned it out ! I know a belt shouldn’t be that much but Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Amazon, nor Sears had a Samsung Drum belt in stock and I couldn’t wait for shipment. Thanks Mario for coming to my home so quickly! Will definitely recommend to others!

I did a google search for a repairman after my gas dryer stopped heating. I called late in the day and was shocked to hear he might make it out that same day. I was waiting for the phone call saying he wasn’t going to make it but instead the doorbell rang. The repairman (Mario)quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that same night. I felt the price was fair. He even cleaned behind the dryer. I would most definitely use AM & M in the future. I feel lucky to have found them and I strongly recommend them.

These guys know their stuff. Prices are fair and he won’t jerk you around. Mario was very responsive and called me back multiple times before the repairs. I will definitely use them again!

I usually don’t post reviews but I had to for this company. They are great at customer service ! So tonight my washer broke down on me while I was about to put a load in so naturally I was pissed because I don’t have any extra money for the holidays so I called them and Mario really helped me out. I told him what my issue was with my whirlpool washer and he fixed for me right over the phone. He could’ve easily set up an appointment and charged me but he didn’t. He’s a very upstanding guy and you can’t find many honest people who aren’t trying to get more money from you. So I highly highly recommend you call this company and they won’t do you wrong. Nothing is worse then having your clothes dryer blow only cold air when you’ve got one load in, another standing by and its 68 degrees outside. Well that was my Sunday afternoon, Thanksgiving weekend. I found AM & M and they had great reviews so I left them a message. Mario called Monday evening and the first thing he did was apologize for missing my call (on Sunday). Mario said he could be there in about 20 minutes if that was okay otherwise it would be next Monday. «Come on over»! He checked it out and even found something else that was about to go. He had all the parts and was able to fix it right then and there, Yeah.
He was very nice, professional and the price less then I expected. He took the time to explain what had gone out and what he found. He also gave us some helpful tips about our dryer. Made sure he left me a few business cards to hand out and to keep, just in case. Don’t waste time looking around — just give AM & M a call. I’m glad I did.

Our electric glass cooktop stopped working suddenly as we were cooking dinner. With hosting Thanksgiving in just a few days, we were panicked to get it working. We searched for appliance repair and saw the many many positive reviews for AM&M. Mario was able to come out the Saturday before Thanksgiving and have a look. He first checked to see if the parts he might need to order for our GE Monogram cooktop were even available. They’re not. A 15 – 20 year old cooktop means everything is now discontinued. So we knew we’d pretty much be buying a new cooktop if it was anything other than a broken wire. Mario took everything apart and had a look. He couldn’t seem to find any apparent problems. He measured and helped us start shopping for a new cooktop. Just as all hope was lost and he started putting the cooktop and oven back together, we decided to just try and turn it on. It worked. We have no idea why, but Mario must just have the magic touch! Mario was very friendly, professional, and as mentioned, just has the magic touch. Very happy with our service from AM&M and would definitely use them in the future (although hopefully no more appliances go broken!)

I can not be more satisfied with the service I received this morning from Mario. He replaced my refrigerator water inlet valve and my stove igniter. He is fast, friendly, very polite and professional. Took him mo time to do the repairs, left no mess and gave us a great price on the repairs… hundreds less than ‘the other guy’! I would recommend him to anyone who has the need for appliance repair! Thank you Mario!

Mario is very knowledgeable and had our washer up and running again in less than 20 minutes. Fair prices, quick service. Would definitely use again. And better yet, they MAY start doing Roomba repair as well.

Mario was here quickly and on time. He assessed the problem with our freezer and told us the possible problems he might find when he opened the back. He was spot on and showed us the flaw in the component. He had an upgraded version of the component in the truck and was done quickly, including helping vacuum and clean the stuff behind and under the unit. I found him to be remarkably competent and a great person to deal with. I highly recommend him. A pleasure to find such integrity and competence. I will unhesitatingly call him in the future for any appliance problems.

Spoke to Mario! The freezer on my 4 year old fridge is not freezing and is the same temp as my fridge. Mario explained to me what it could be. Then, he recommended me to call Sears and get a Service Smart Extended Warranty. Best advice ever! Warranty is $ 273.99 and everything is cover. If repairs exceed $ 500. Then I get a $ 500 voucher towards a new fridge. Mario was honest and looking out for my best interest!!! Thank you Mario! Will definitely recommend you a 100%. God bless you!

I share a house with 6 other people and we just had our outside refrigerator go out. With all the extra food that we need stored I needed to get this fixed.
Looked up on YouTube what could cause refrigerators to stop cooling and found that I needed to replace the start device or relay. Saw the great reviews for Am&M Parts and Repair and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Mario and he directed me to Mark at the parts line. FYI This seems to be a family run business with Mario who goes out into the field and his father manages the parts department so there are two separate telephone numbers accordingly.

Mark was extremely willing to help me get the part that I needed. I explained to him my busy schedule and he was willing to wait 15mins past closing for me to come by. When I gave him my refrigerator model number Mario got on the phone and explained to me that the part I needed was no longer in production but that he had a kit that would perform the same function and he would show me how to install it.
I showed up at their business and Mario explained to me how the device worked. This guy knows his stuff! He explained that the old start device normally fails if the refrigerator door stays open all night or if the compressor is bad. He even explained the intricate parts inside of the device that make it work (I love knowing how things work so I was quite impressed). Mario explained how to install the device and encouraged me to repeat the process back to him just to make sure I knew it. He even gave me a discount on the part for being a new customer! Wow!
Later that night I replaced the part just as Mario showed me and my refrigerator worked like a charm! I even got a text message from Mario that same night asking if everything went fine with the repair. What great customer service!

Just had twins and the dryer goes out.
My landlord recommended these guys to me. I pulled up at 7:30 pm and they happily gave me the right part and an hour later my dryer is back up and running for only $ 20.
Super friendly guys and hassle free great service!
I will definitely be using them again in the future.
