Just picked up gnocchi and lasagna. gnocchi was slimy, cold and the potato dumpling things had the consistency of snot. The meat lasagna was all cheese with very little actual meat. Been going there for 25 years, time to try Olive Garden as it can’t be worse.

The staff is great, never have I not had someone refill our drinks, ask us if everything is ok, etc. Great service, great food, couldnt ask for more and the prices are great. Absolutely the best Antipasto salad on the planet! The dressing is home made and so flavorful and delicious. Thus is the salad that you actually crave!!! Mouth watering as I write lol.

I had a half order of eggplant parmesan and it comes with salad. The marinera sauce is very flavorful. The place was packed and the service was quick and polite.

Gonna write my first review on this place to say how disappointed I was. I got take out for my family, ordered fettuccine Primavera, antipasto for 2, and half spaghetti half ravioli. Got it home and I recieved fettuccine Alfredo instead of fettuccine Primavera, called and they said they would exchange or give me a free one next time. I figured I would just deal with the Alfredo for tonight, until I tried it. The overcooked pasta was drowned in what seemed like a simple mixture of milk, flower, and pepper… It was terrible. So I called and told them I decided to make the trip back and exchange for the fettuccine Primavera I originally ordered, which was equally terrible. My wife’s spaghetti/ravioli was meh, pasta wasn’t over cooked, meat sauce was sweet. Came with enough garlic bread to feed a small Italian village. All in all, way to expensive for microwave quality. Only got 2 stars cause the were nice and willing to correct the initial order mix up. Place looked very nice on the inside.

We tried to go there tonight. We walked in they sat us down and then never returned. We sat for 15 min and nobody ever came to the table, we made eye contact with the waitress and still nothing. So we got up and walked out. I guess we will never go back. We ended up at Chicago Italian Restaurant on Sunnymead Blvd good service and good food.

Very disappointed with management for this establishment. I ordered the deep fried mozzarella and there was a hair fried into it. Owner was sitting right next to us and didn’t even acknowledge it. Not a hair net to be found on any of the staff.

Love their food been going to this place for over 30 years. Their portions are huge. The service I have to agree needs a make over attitude that is why I ask for Lupe or Jazmin as servers the others can learn from these two. Food always great

Love their Pan fried Mozarella and Lasagna, I always ordered to go never dine in. Its an authentic italian altho it could possibly be just put in oven too, but their tomato sauce you can taste that its specially made.

Terrible service. Waitress was in a hurry, no checking in; only after we were done so she can finish us up, a common lazy move. Did not ask us for refills or how out food was. Waitress was barely understandable, talked fast with a heavy broken accent. Not very friendly. Salad was good, hard to mess that up. We ordered they’re deep crust pizza thinking that implies all raft comes with deep crust; sauce, cheesy, etc. not the case. The airy-ness of the dough hides the fact that the deep crust is very shallow and could not hold sauce; there was none, or cheese; hardly any at all. I was hoping for a real authentic down home Italian Pizza and experience. Not at all the case. I was better off spending twice as much at Romanos Italian grill for better service and food. Next time for sure.

Lasagna was great. And never order a full size plate unless you want leftovers for the rest of the week.

What happened to this place, used to be the best place to eat italian food. Prices are up and portions are down. I get the feeling customer service is on the downside as well. Went there tonight with my husband and he ordered the manicotti and I order a small pizza. My husband’s food was served up after 30 min wait time. As I watch my husband eat his food(sharing with me) cause he was starving, I was told multiple times mine would be out. So after we basically shared his food, mine arrived. This wasn’t even a pizza !!! It was on pita bread and it was burnt to a crisp!!! This took almost 40 mins to make that and you wanted 9 $ for it??? So disappointed, I sent the dam thing back !!! Sad to read the reviews and how this place has turned out. My family won’t be back !!!

I have been eating at joes now for 29 years, food is great, service is great, Prices are good, my favorite is the egg plant, I’ve eaten egg plant in the best restaurants. And Joes is the best. Their sauce is so tasty, I’m always so proud to take my friends for the first time, cause I know they won’t be disappointed. And they never are, and want to go back again and again. They have the best spumoni in town. Great pizza, salads, we love it there. Hope to be going back for another 29 years.

I love this place! Best Italian in town. They also have really good meat lovers pizza. The atmosphere is nice aside from maybe two seats on the whole place. Service is good, they aim to please and do well with requests. They are not some fast food dive, you can expect to pay for what you get but the quality and portion sizes are great! Atmosphere/décor: 4⁄5 Service.: 5⁄5 Prices.: $$ Cleanliness.: 5⁄5 Food quality.: 5⁄5 They are popular, plan ahead. Try the spumoni for dessert.

Sucks I can’t give them 5 stars. We loved going to Joe’s until last night we went in for dinner, service sucks, food was great until we reheated the left overs this afternoon… I was stabbed by metal wiring. I called the mgr who just started«oh no worries, it’s the metal sponge we use to wash the pans». I expressed to him I was definitely worried and he should be too. He brushed me off and just offered credit for a future visit… not cool!

We wanted to try this place out again. We came once before several years ago and and thought that their pizza was incredibly delicious. However, we were disappointed as it’s not as good as we remembered. The pizza dough was phenomenal but the pizza itself tasted a little bland. We also ordered garlic bread and that was also bland. The portions are pretty big so if you come you can share with someone. We also ordered a side salad with their Italian vinaigrette. It was good but watch how much dressing you put on your salad because the vinegar is really strong. However I do like that they give you your dressing on the side and a large portion of it so you don’t have to ask for more. All in all it was decent but we’re not planning on coming back. It’s a little far for us to drive for just okay pizza.
