I brought my car here for the first time for some repair because we didn’t know what was wrong and they fixed it in less time than what was expected. Their customer service is great and staff is very friendly! Definitely will be coming back in the future!

The counters, however! Create a queue for us! Americans need to know where to line up! Standing against the glass wall felt awkward and cold and crowded. Whose turn is it?! Did they notice me standing here awkwardly?! Why hasn’t anyone acknowledged me coming in? Who is helping whom?

Great customer services ! Every visit has been great! Alan is the person that has helped me multiple times and never disappoints ! I appreciate that they try to make your visit feel the most comfortable as possible.

These people have excellent customer service. Jason Moss, personally took care of business. We went in for an oil change, my boyfriend and I. After having some issues, he apologized and took full ownership of the mistake, fixed what had to be fixed and on top of that he replaced our cracked windshield at no cost. These people are family owned and have been in the business for quite a while and know how to «do business’ the right way. GIVE THEM A CHANCE IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET TO BUY A CAR.

One of the best places to come to for an oil change and great customer service.
I have been bringing my cars here for the last 10 years or so to get much needed service. Between the 4 different cars I’ve had each time was a great experience.
They have redone the entire dealership to reflect a newer, more modern look with a large tv room and childs room. They also have shuttle service to where you’d like if you do not want to wait at the dealership but they do have tv and vending machines for your liking. The kids room is adjacent to where the tv room is so you can sit and watch your kids from a close distance.

Free oil changes for life? Can’t beat it. Frank was real nice and it only took about an hour.

I went there because I needed to get a radio code and they got me the code very quickly. I also needed to get 2 open recalls taken care of. They were able to do one, but, the other one had to be ordered. When they were done, they brought the car back to me and it seems as though they washed the car, I did not expect that which was so cool. I feel like they care about their customers.

I took my car in because it felt like it wasn’t shifting into gear properly. They checked transmission and drove it and said nothing was wrong. I took it home and felt the car getting worse. I took it to my father who is a retired mechanic told him the problem and he said it’s the throttle body. Went back to dealer, told them to check that and it was it. Alan was attentive, listened and fixed it. I appreciated that they didn’t charge me since I had to do some leg work and help find the problem. It was nice that they didn’t add insult to injury as they say.

Ok, as promised, a follow-​up after our service. Very friendly and customer oriented crew here. While in the waiting area, not one employee walked through without scanning the room. We mattered. They gave me a long ride home, the driver and I could have kept talking. Great guy. As expected, while doing the timing belt, they also checked the Odyssey over, and recommended rear brakes. With their coupon, it was well priced and I concurred. The total bill still came in over $ 200 less than Spreen Honda quoted for just the timing belt service. So, still 5 stars.

This review is in regards to the service dept. They are awesome! It was my first time here and they did a phenomenal job! I needed to get the «major service» done on my Honda Civic and their quote was very reasonable and fairly priced! I came in early (about 9am) and had no appt… they were able to do the major service within 2.5 hours! Amazing! I was helped by Tim. He is really nice, approachable and very honest (a very important factor). He was never pushy and was very clear and understanding in explaining any details I needed clarifying. I read great reviews about them and they definitely live up to them! Overall, great, organized and fast service and excellent customer service! Even got a little thank you gift (cute toy flower) :) nice, sweet touch! They certainly respect and appreciate their customers. I will definitely be back for my next service! Thanks again!

Ive been here a few times to get work done on our Honda CRV. Every time the service dept and the parts dept have great service and NO BULLSH*T!
Theres 2 other dealerships closer to me but this one is worth the extra drive. They seem like they actually care about you and your not just another car.

I came here a couple weeks ago and I’m very happy with the service. I was helped by dave swanson and he was a really nice guy and very professional. I also love the shuttle service. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because I think the price was a little high for what I had done and it took so long, my car was there all day from 8:15 am till after 5 pm. The car runs very good now.

No video in play room, no creamer in coffee machine, otherwise can’t beat free lifetime oil changes plus we got the deal we wanted on a new vehicle!

Update: Moss fired the shuttle driver and mgmt. Has changed at Moss chev. So we’re giving them another shot.

David Swanson is one of the most professional service technicians i have ever met! He takes the time to explain the issue at hand, And recommends the best option to meet your budget. It’s very hard to find old fashioned service like this!
5 Purchases & Countless service visits.

This is based on my experience thus far for service as I’m writing this from the waiting room. I need brake service, alignment, oil change and two tires I brought in mounted and balanced. I knew going in the rotors may need replacement, and sure enough they did. Alan Leon is the service advisor I am dealing with, who is friendly and informative. He gave me options and prices on the extra work for the rotors, not pushy at all. I started the morning at Spreen Honda but they are unfriendly and condescending. I called Alan and he hooked me up with a better deal. If I get out of here with the charges currently I’ll be very happy.

I don’t even know how to put in words how pissed off I am! Awful experience! I was in a car accident so I just wanted them to inspect the car internally to see what was wrong. He said that would cost $ 150. WTF?! I have NEVER had to paid Honda to inspect my car just for an estimate of services needed. But I’m a L.A. resident and based on all the bad reviews this Honda has, I see why they have to charge for petty stuff but I’m not paying it. The guy who helped me was Frank Thompson. He was incompetent and rude. After that horrible experience I quickly remembered a few years back having a bad experience and having to talk to the branch manager. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I go back. I was so mad I didn’t even bother letting them service my car. Do yourself a favor and go to the Honda in Corona or somewhere else.

I don’t know about you, but I personally do not know very much about car maintenance. My car is almost at 200,000 miles, so everytime I go get my car serviced nowadays, I get nervous about my bill.
Place is right off the 60 fwy, Moreno Beach Drive. Shuttle service was very convenient. Took me home and picked me up when my car was ready, no hassle.
Ernie Garcia — Great, pleasant, proactive service. Explained everything well, including — reasoning for recommended services. He made me pretty comfortable with what my car needed to get done. It didn’t seem like he was suggesting unnecessary labor.
In regards to Ernie’s proactive-​ness: He told me that if I get a letter in the mail about my «airbags» to ignore it because they already fixed what needed to be done. I thought «how nice. I didn’t hear anything about it before.» 2 days later, I got the letter and thanked him in my head.
When I went to pay, he told me that he already used the best coupon possible to give me a discount, and used my rewards credit (sign up for this, it accumulates as you spend and it is free) to further lower my bill. The discounts were not a whole lot, but it is something. Again, I appreciated that I didn’t have to ask for this.
Even though my bill didn’t entirely make me happy, Ernie’s service did.
