History

Established in 1999.

Tyler began his real estate career in 1999 and has maintained the designation as a top Realtor® in the Moreno Valley area ever since.

The company he works for, Beechwood Realty came into realization when three agents — weary of mainstream «business-​as-​usual» practices — brainstormed on how they could do more. By bringing in top agents to discuss market trends, and collaboratively sharing their knowledge gained from years of experience with each other, the result was a company offering real estate services in Moreno Valley that set them apart from the competition.

In 2008, Tyler Mezzanatto joined Beechwood Realty, after having worked as a real estate agent for almost nine years. Since uniting with Beechwood, Tyler has closed over 300 transactions.

When Tyler isn’t spending time with his loving family taking camping and boating trips, he’s doing his part in the community. With five boys, he’s undertaken various community activities such as coaching the Moreno Valley Youth Federation’s baseball team and participating in the Canyon Springs High School booster club. Family is important to Tyler, which aids him in understanding the wants and needs of his clients.

Equally important to Tyler is character. He strongly believes in keeping his word, following up and exhausting all resources to make things happen. His own character and convictions are behind the reason why Tyler has been one of seven top real estate agents in production every year.
