I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and always had great service and prices. After leaving a visit to this location, I wanted to dump them. They are crooks, I now have +/-350/month phone bills, and cannot change my plan. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!

The subscription service is horrendous. My father in law is 64 years old and has Verizon Fios. Twice in the past two months we have sat down to rent a movie on Fios on Demand and the movie does not come through properly. There is a bunch of interference. The first time after spending over an hour correcting the issue with a Verizon rep over the phone where we did a reboot, unplugged the equipment for fifteen minutes requiring us to move out the entertainment center to get to the wires in the back, and going through trouble shooting we were finally able to watch the movie. I gave my father in law a Nest learning thermostat for Christmas so when the service was all reset so were all the settings and passwords on the wifi and internet access. These devices all had to be reprogrammed! The second time the movie failed to play when ordered it took over an hour as well to repeat all the same steps! Absolutely ridiculous. The worst part came when my father in law realized that now he cannot connect to his wifi with his mac anymore which is seemingly caused by the reboot. He cannot even get it to connect on a LAN anymore, possibly because the mac was performing an update when the Verizon internet service was rebooted. All of this so that we could pay Verizon $ 5 to rent a movie!!! So disappointing.
