Got my son’s iPhone screen fixed in under an hour. Only drawback is no weekend hours. Friendly people.

Recently my husband dropped his iPhone 5S and shattered the screen. He ordered a kit from «icracked» and proceeded to take his phone apart into a million pieces trying to replace the screen. In the process he broke the phone entirely, and cracked the new screen. Desperate, I took the phone to direct fix. What I really liked is that before he promised me anything, or charged me anything he tested the phone and examined it and told me exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would be to fix it. I left the phone there and within a few hours it was good as new and ready to be picked up. Both of the men who helped me were professional and very understanding and kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They saved me the trouble of having to buy a new phone before my next available upgrade. I felt the price was very reasonable, and they were fast. 5 stars!

They could not repair my phone and were entirely unhelpful when I searched alternative options. The man who greeted me left me with one word answers with no opportunity for me to fix my phone. I’m sure they’re good if you’re in a bind with an iPhone or Samsung, but my Droid Maxx (a popular phone) was unable to be helped. The service was poor. It would be one thing to be unable to fix my phone and direct me to alternative options, but they couldn’t even do that. I do not recommend.

For the price I’m giving it 4 stars. Fast service, solved my cracked screen! Hurray!

Best service for a broken iPhone I had. Fixed my phone and returned very quickly. My phone was better than new when I received it back. Would definitely use again if or when my phone needs it. Thank you for great customer service.

Let me preface this with the fact that I am very hard on my phones. At one point my home button just stopped working altogether, which makes your iPhone pretty much useless. Rob, the owner, took care of it quickly. I shipped it directly to them since I don’t live close by, and received it back within days, good as new! Never had a problem with it again. Highly recommend!

My best friend, which of course is my iPhone, recently had an accident and broke its screen. I took my 5c to DirectFix after walking out of a shop in San Jose due to it being dirty and a bit sketchy. The friendly folks at DirectFix had it done in 45 minutes! The repair was cheaper than the Apple store price, and I waited while they did it. Definitely liked that the repair was done while I waited, you know, separation anxiety is real.
Almost forgot, they recommended me to upgrade to a tempered glass screen protector so the chances of getting another broken screen are less likely.
Since I took in my iPhone, a friend of mine broke his beloved iPad screen. I hooked him up with DirectFix and since he was too busy to make it down to Morgan Hill during biz hours, he was able to mail it and it came back good as new. Super convenient if you’re far from MH.

I’ve been a long time customer of Direct Fix (since the Palm Pilot days). These guys are absolutely the best. They are professional, smart and very reasonably priced. I love the fact that I can come by and get my stuff fixed or I can send it in, as my Dad does because he lives out of state.
They have saved my teenager’s butt at least twice. He went swimming with his phone (literally) and another time broke the screen. Both times, he rushed it to Direct Fix where the iPhone was fixed perfectly and at a price he could live with.

I cracked my screen… so so bummed out. Found direct fix not only did they fix my screen correctly the first time around they did it for a great price!!! they even have these cool glass screen protectors (they are the best!!!)

I have ordered several tempered glass protectors for my phone from DirectFix and they have saved me from having to buy a new cover! I was out in CA visiting friends in the area and dropped my phone and shattered my glass protector and since their location was close I called and asked if I could swing by and get a new one. I know they are an online business but they were very nice and said no problem. It was worth the drive, one of the guys in the office changed out the protector for me and sent me on my way! Customer service is top notch and I will always use them even though I live across the country!

DirectFix has saved my bacon twice. Most recently they fixed my iPhone 5S with a new screen. The price is fair and the service was performed on the spot while I waited. Not the closest iPhone repair shop for me… but they know what they are doing and don’t use the cheap screen/​digitizer combos that cause problems down the road. Thanks DirectFix. :)
