History
Established in 2010.
Over the past 20 years, Kprime Principal Sean Kellar, has acquired an in-depth knowledge of construction of new and rehab buildings in the residential and commercial fields. Skills gained though working for Shapell Homes as a Construction Project Manager, Meacham Oppenheimer as a construction consultant, and as a quality Independent Contractor.
His in-depth development skills are enhanced by nearly 15+ years of experience in the architectural field. This experience gives KPrime the technical skills in determining design solutions that work for the land and structures, implementing and overseeing the architectural phases and getting various jurisdictional city/county approvals. His managing skills play a key role in pulling a design team together to achieve a well balanced project of good function, with pleasing aesthetics and cost effectiveness.

As a design-build contractor, Kprime will simplify the process of building your dream home or commercial tenant improvements by managing every phase of the job from the architectural and design phase, through the engineering, permitting and construction process from start to finish.
Over the past 20 years Sean has acquired an in-depth knowledge of construction of new and rehab buildings in the residential and commercial fields.
While working for Shapell Homes as a Construction Project Manager, his duties included overseeing the development of the San Ramon Corporation Yard, a childcare facility in Danville, and a 15,000 sq. ft. retail center in Fremont, Ca.
As a construction consultant he worked with the owner of Meacham Oppenheimer (a local office/retail leasing and brokerage firm) to convert a 15,000 sq. ft., three-story brick hotel building built in 1870 to commercial office space.
