My husband and I called to inquire about service for our Saab, and we’ve never been treated with more disrespect! The absolute rude behavior for asking a question. I’m so happy they do not service Saabs because if that’s the way they behave on the phone, I would shudder to think how badly they would treat my car.

These guys are BMW experts for all years and models. They have been servicing my cars for 16 yrs and I have never been dissapointed

Great service and pricing. Its nice to speak with the person that has performed the intial inspection and is going to do the work. Service reps at the dealers can only help a little when it comes to trouble shooting and their honesty is questionable.
Someone below mentioned they are closing soon. I mentioned this to Gary this morning. Note, they ARE NOT CLOSING. Glad they are not.

Five stars workmanship and honesty, Gary and Ron are the kind of guys hard to find. Too bad, they are retiring after 34 years. I was told the shop would be closing in the spring of 2014. They are definitely the kind of people you wish you know and befriend with.

These guys know BMWs inside and out. They are competent, honest and easy to deal with. They fix what is wrong and don’t try to pad the bill. If you are frustrated with dealership repairs, do yourself a favor and do your business here. And you will save lots of money.

This is a perfect auto repair shop. They breathed life into my 11 year old Audi each and every time I had it serviced there. And, if there was an issue they couldn’t repair they’d admit it and send me to another mechanic they knew, instead of using that person and charging me extra. The audi’s gone now and I’m finally willing to let the rest of you in on my secret. Honest, friendly and reasonably priced. When was the last time you heard that about a mechanic? I just hope when my new Volvo is past its warranty that they’ll consider working on a Swedish car!

I was going to the dealer for most of my BMW X3 work until it left the extended warranty and needed some more serious repairs. When my car started driving so rough I thought the engine would pop out of the hood I knew I had a big problem and there was no way I was going to pay dealer prices (let alone BMW prices) On a recommendation I headed to Europecar w/​o an appointment.
Although they were busy they looked at it the next morning. I could have been taken advantage of but the owner called and let me know it was just an ignition coil and needed new plugs since they’ve never been changed (100k miles). They did the work that same day. Damage was well under $ 300 and I was thrilled. I’d bet this would have been a $ 800 job+ at the dealer and the dealer would have upsold on tires, brakes, etc.
This is now my shop of choice and looking to head here for brakes next (I was floored when I heard the cost of brakes at the BMW dealer).
I would have given 5 stars but I’ve only been there once and I think for 5 stars and auto repair… you need a couple of visits to make that claim.

Great guys. Honest, helpful, and get the job done. A lot of demand for an honest mechanic, but if you have a problem that can wait a couple days, worth it.

These two old guys know how to fix a Bimmer and do it cheaper than the rest. Excellent service. Great prices and a much lower labor rate that the dealer. They work on all types of German autos and more. Just ask.
The wait is usually about a week to get your car in and to get the parts ordered but worth it. Car is done that day usually. They don’t try to trick you into unnecessary repairs or use any bait and switch tactics. Easy to talk to and responsive. You won’t be disappointed.
