All the Pilates classes offer very personalized attention to each adult student so that they get exactly what is needed for their body. I teach everyone how to do Pilates correctly while having fun.

Peggy Jern opened Head-​Over-​Heels Gymnastics in Morro Bay in 1992 and began teaching Pilates in 2004.

We were just passing through the area and decided to take in a quick class. My dad was concerned about taking Pilates because he has very limited range of movement in one shoulder but really needed to work on strength and flexibility. Peggy was a great host for us! She modified poses, offered blocks for support, and was supportive in her individual attention for the whole class.
I would highly recommend any of the HOH classes if you’re traveling through, or live in the area and need to follow through on that New Years resolution!
