Went in for an airbag recall a month or 2 ago and was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They offered to let us bring our dog in the building to wait. They even washed my filthy car for me without me asking!

I purchased a new 2015 F-​250, 3 weeks and 840 miles later it was in the shop. not a great way to start a new purchase. Cindi (the service writer) took great care of me during the 3 weeks it was going to be in the shop. The parts to fix my new truck were almost a month out on back order. Cindi and Jake F.(the sales man) had great comunication with we and rented me a car to drive. I had a camping trip planned and Cindi rented a truck for me to pull my trailer with so my plans were not disrupted at all. Moses lake ford did an AWESOME job in dealing with this. The parts arvied a week early and they rushed to get me back into my new truck. I want to thank them for going above and beyond. I have always been a dodge guy and the day my truck broke i really regreted buying a Ford. After Cindi and Jake took care of me I an very happy to know that customer service is alive and well at Moses Lake Ford. You have a new customer for LIFE. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!

We test driver a 2015 car and were told there was a 2014 in the showroom exactly like it, but about 8 grand cheaper. We trusted what they said and bought the car. It was missing many features, one being in dash gps. We called to complain and they could not change out the stereo to have 1 with gps. months later they bought us a hand help GPS from walmart. Not impressed. Every time we
for routine oil changes it take 2 hours or more. Last time when they washed our car it was still dirty and they didn’t even vacuum it.

The worst Car Dealership I have ever encountered!
I was going there to purchase a Honda Civic and I had already made a deal with the dealer RJ (Who was just the most intelligent man on earth) over the phone and when I got there, the deal had changed and I was paying 4k more than I wanted to. The sales managers lied to me about my pre approved laon through Gesa, telling me they would only approve me for something 2k less than what the approval was then they tried to finance me at 9%… They really tried to screw me over! When I tried to leave for the first time RJ told me if I left I was going to walk out with no self respect and dignity and that I just had to hear what his general manager wanted to offer me. After being pissed off I chose to stay and humor his gesture. They offered me $ 100 more than what I was pre approved for as their final offer (They didn’t want me to realize that I could have financed with Gesa and not through honda) then when I said no mainly because I just had a bad feeling about the whole ordeal, I walked out and he called me stupid as I left… Well the way he worded it was, «I am very unintelligent for not making this deal.»
I was very unsatisfied with the service they provided me with and then a few weeks later after I found and purchased a car they informed me that they would have had no problem coming down in price for the car that I wanted… and then when I told them no thanks, they reassured me they were going to make up for the terrible experience I had had. And did they offer me anything… No! have I heard anything from them since… No!
Don’t go to this dealership they want to rip you off, they want to lie to you and they don’t want to make an honest sale.
