I tried to write my review on the page but I guess it didn’t post so I will try again here… the first time that we contacted this company, we actually drove to their office in Mount Holly because my boyfriend and I were very interested in one of their properties. We were so interested that we wound up paying our application fee and filling out the application on my phone right then and there. We were told that we were the first ones to apply and proceeded to set up an appointment. When we arrived to our appointment, I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked if my name was Jessie. I was a little confused but told her no. She, also confused, said that she though maybe I was the real estate agent. Come to find out, we were both scheduled to see the same house on the same day at the same time… my boyfriend and I spent the first ten or so minutes looking around the home by ourselves and were never greeted or spoken to until after the other lady left. When we finally were greeted, we asked some questions and expressed our interest in the home. The agent told us that he would get with the owner to see if it was ok that we had a cat and that he would get back with me. I received a voicemail the next day saying that he had some questions about our application. When I returned the call, I was told that the home had been accepted to someone else… I asked how that was possible since «we were the first ones to apply?» He responded by saying that we somehow all of a sudden «were not the first ones to apply». Strange but whatever. Even with this major disappointment, we decided to give them another try thinking that the next go around would be different. So, I made another appointment for a different house a few weeks later. When we arrived to view the home, the agent was ten minutes late. I schedule these appointments on my lunch break from work so, I do not have any extra time to lolly gag around. We went in and viewed the home and liked this one also. We, again, expressed our interest in this home as well and were told, again, that he would get with the owner to see if our cat was ok or not… that was in mid to late November and I am still waiting to hear back about my cat. Also, about a month after we viewed the first house, after being «the first to apply», walk around by ourselves for ten minutes, and after being told «the house got approved for someone else» we see it back on the market… strange again. We have now found a home through a different company and are very happy and excited. I will never look to use this company again in the future as their professionalism was nonexistent, disappointment one, and ridiculous. If this is the only company when I look for my next home, then I will just build instead. I would not recommend this company to anyone… not even my worst enemy. If I could have given less than one star here then I would have.
