Great Service, Always reliable and very friendly. My preferred limo service in the Bay Area. I use this company for all my travel needs on a regular basis.

I recently was traveling with a co-​worker to Latin America, and we were carrying some large boxes of electronic equipment. Departure was through SFO, and we decided to use ASAP 2 U (Jay) to schlep our gear to the plane from the South Bay — he’d previously helped our workers with other travel needs, but it was my first outing.

Jay met us on time, had plenty of room in the SUV he brought to carry everything, and chose well the route to get to the airport. We arrived with the extra time we needed to move our stuff, he helped getting everything on karts, and we were off the the races — as good as it gets.
On our return, Jay contacted us to let us know he was at the airport and we coordinated our meeting to load up. The trip home was pleasant and uneventful, and we were grateful we could count on this transportation service.
Highly recommended, and I’m already using him for our next trip.

Found Jay through Unilocal and the reviews were spot on– great service! The car was waiting at SFO, right where he said it would be, he did all the lifting, he flew through traffic to Mountain View, and was very friendly! He was easy to get in touch with and always responded immediately. We were exhausted after 10 hours on a plane and by the time we got to his car we had been up for almost 24 hours, so to not have to deal with a taxi or shuttle or wait for a friend to find the right door at the airport was a blessing and worth the money. Would definitely use again!

I have been using Jay’s service since 2009 (
), and all of his drivers provided on-​time and courteous rides in those comfortable town cars. Once you chat with Jay for 10 min, you will know him as someone who always puts customers first, takes pride in his logistics, and stays competitive in this incredibly tough business. His drivers are all fun to chat with too, and if you would rather take a nap from the jet lag, they leave you alone in quiet peace. In terms of service quality, I cannot imagine that another airport transportation company does a better job.

Jay’s service is really unmatched. He’s on time, courteous and his prices are very competitive. I used him at my last company and recently reconnected with him to take me and my wife to the airport. He is respectful of your time and knows when to interact with you or leave you alone in the back seat when you take a call or do some email. i would highly recommend this company.

I don’t know who Danielle got 3+ years ago with her «coupon», but I don’t think it was Jay or one of Jay’s drivers, unless he’s completely changed like Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde! I’ve used Jay for business and personal trips to and from SFO and SJC since 2008 and there are none better. He understands the value of keeping his customers happy and he always delivers the highest quality service. Plus he’s an incredibly nice guy and a fun person to get to know. I have referred friends and colleagues to ASAP and no one has ever said anything but THANK YOU for helping them find a civilized, convenient and comfortable way to and fro.

First off, Danielle’s review is well over 3 years old at this point and in my opinion is definitely an outlier as my experience with Jay Alkhoury (owner and one of the drivers) is completely opposite in a good way of course.
I first met Jay as he was selected by my wife’s company as THE driver to handle all her back and forth from our house to SFO or SJC. At first site Jay is an imposing figure, have no fear he is a gentle bear but you can be certain you will be well protected. I must have met Jay a dozen times during these pick-​ups and never exchanged more than a hello.
Well I really got to know Jay on a recent trip my entire family took as we did not have family/​friends who can could do the drop-​off. Jay is always punctual, town cars are newer and he can accommodate car seats for the little ones. I ended up chatting with Jay for an hour each way and he is truly a great guy, someone who takes great pride in his business and the happiness of his clientele. He took what is somewhat of a stressful part of the trip and made it so much easier. I could not be happier with the level of service provided by ASAP 2 U Limousine and Sedan Service.

I continue to use this limo service and every time I am very please with the service. Always on time and always very professional. Last time they waited for me at the airport for more than 1.5 hour because I was waiting for my lost bags.

ASAP should be called «Awful Awful Awful». We had a coupon for this company and decided to give them a try. I can’t say enough horrible things about this company — late, overpriced, rude … should I keep going.
There are so many other companies that offer this service in the bay area, and my bet is that anyone is better than this excuse for service.
