Came in for a birthday cake for my daughter and was extremely pleased with the service and cake. The female employee who helped me was super nice and friendly. She also helped us with a simple design on top. I had to pick it up the next day and when I arrived, it was ready and perfectly set in a box. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
We got mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cake and there was a generous heaping of ice cream on top of the cake. It was a great choice and a great cake. Everyone enjoyed it. Thanks Baskin Robbins. We loved your ice cream and now we also love your cakes!

America’s franchise ice cream shop. If you’re not in the mood for anything exotic or don’t want to pony up for «artisanal» creations, this place isn’t half bad. You loved them as a kid so it’ll be fine when you’re an adult. With 31 different flavors, there’s something for everyone!
This location could do with an updated interior, though. The staff is friendly and will let you sample flavors!

One night I went to another Baskin Robbins a half hour before closing and they had already put away the majority of their ice cream, leaving only a few flavors to choose from. I got back in my car and drive over to this location, arriving only 10 minutes before closing. They still had all of their ice cream flavors out, and even though it was so close to the end of their night, both girls working there were engaging, helpful, and welcoming. One girl even suggested I sample a flavor she thought I would like based on the first flavor I had chosen — she went above and beyond even though it was the end of her day! Was very impressed with the level of customer service here and it made me leave the experience with a smile on my face. :)

Wonderful neighborhood gem run by our mayor. I feel the civic pride every time we go in.

This BR has literally been around forever. My friend was craving Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream the other day but didn’t want any of the more gourmet options in the area — e.g. Scoops, Smitten, Tin Pot, etc., so we decided to go old fashioned and get ourselves some BR. The place is in a tiny strip mall on El Camino (which most things are in the area I guess). It’s pretty small, but there’re a few tables to sit at, or you can sit outside and enjoy the cool Californian summers. Service is friendly and efficient!
tldr; typical BR, nothing to rave about, nothing to complain about

I love this place, in terms of their ice cream but do not expect an excellent customer service. I went to this place yesterday wanting an ice cream in a waffle cone. Person who was helping me stated, they do not have any more waffle cones and if I mind having a waffle bowl instead. I asked if he could make some more and to my surprise, he just went in the back and grabbed a whole new packet of waffle cones. I feel as if the task was as simple as grabbing a new pack from the stock, you shouldn’t tell customer that you do not have any more waffle cones. This was just part of a bad customer service experience but I thoroughly enjoyed my scoop of ice cream and will still go here just because I can’t get enough of it!

This is another Baskin Robbins, so don’t be expecting any over-​the-​top services. You just go in, choose your flavor and size, and get out. Simple as that.
What I got was a kid-​sized scoop of the flavor Baseball Nut. The kid sized scoop was enough for me. I’m the type of person that enjoys small portions of ice cream, but I like it more sweet, heavier and creamier rather than a lot of the airy, light stuff you can buy at the supermarket.
The Baseball Nut flavor was pretty good. It was just basically vanilla ice cream with raspberry swirls, and cashews.
At this location, «family night» is every Tuesday from 6 pm to closing. This is just means that you can get a kid sized scoop for $ 1.29 during those hours. The regular price is $ 2.49 so that’s almost half off! Regular sized scoops are $ 2.29 (I don’t know the regular price).
The customer service is good. But like I said, don’t expect any spectacular customer service since this is just another BR chain.

I love Baskin Robbins, so in terms of their ice cream, it’s wonderful.
In terms of location, not so much because it’s kind of weird parking area and you can only get into it if you go down El Camino from one direction. It’s also a really narrow parking lot which kind of sucks if you have a large car, but otherwise it’s okay. Parking area is never too crowded.
Their staff is pretty friendly – a lot of young kids so it’s hit or miss in terms of customer service, but they’re usually pretty nice and don’t mind letting you try different flavors if you ask.

As someone who worked at a Baskin Robbins (not this one), I’ve read some of the comments and I feel the need to defend us BR employees. I know there are bad workers. I Unilocal about them all the time. However some of what people complain about is the company policy so its possible its not the employee’s fault (although it may very well just be that they are doing something wrong).
People get upset about the weight of the hand packed ice cream. We are given a BR bible that tells us how much it should weigh and I’m pretty sure every store should have a scale. Ask them to show you how much it should weigh and watch them weigh it. If after that it’s still lighter than you want it to be it’s not the employee’s fault. They are following the rules.
ALL sundaes are made with kids scoops. That includes banana splits. I had people come in all the time and complain saying, «well the other store in town gave me adult scoops.» Well they aren’t following the BR bible. A kids scoop is supposed to be 2.5 oz and an adults scoop is supposed to be 4. A kids scoop at 2.5 oz is not very much ice cream.
Milk shakes are SUPPOSED to only be filled to the second line on the cup. Once again I reference the BR bible.
I’m sure there are bad scoopers out there. But before you yell at them those are the rules they are supposed to follow. We tend to follow the rules of the person paying us however much an hour and not the person orders 15 items, yells at us and then walks out without tipping. If you come in a lot, try being friendly. You may find that your scoop sizes get larger with that strategy.

My co worker and I needed a birthday cake STAT! We knew we couldn’t go wrong with an ice cream cake. The workers there were helpful, courteous and friendly. There so many flavors to choose from. We ended up with a jamocha almond fudge on chocolate cake. Sounds delish huh?

This review is specifically for ice cream cakes. My coworker’s birthday was coming up and she requested an ice cream cake. I don’t know about you but I haven’t had one of these since I was a kid and I certainly did not buy them at the time. If you are in the area and in need of an ice cream cake, this Baskin Robbins is a solid choice. The service is quick and the cake is tasty. Special thanks to the owner that arrived before store hours so that I could pick up my cake at the time most convenient for me.

I have been to this Baskin Robbins a few times with my daughter and girlfriend – typically the service is prompt and customer friendly. However, last night (Friday, October 26) – the young lady working behind the counter (mid to late 20’s maybe – black curly hair) acted as if she wanted to serve customers a slap in the face with their cones… it was awkward and unreasonably tense. The guy wearing the Waldo costume, as usual, was pretty cool… too bad he didn’t take our order.

This is my #1 Baskin Robbins. Its the shop where I’ve been getting ice cream since my kids were small children. They’re all grown up now.

Several benches situation outside for outside seating which is nice on a spring or summer day when you want to enjoy your ice cream and chill outside and watch the street traffic going by.
Absolutely the bestest ice cream. A few of my favorites are mint chip, baseball nut, banana nut, eggnog, rocky road, jamoca almond fudge, jamoca coffee but mint chip is my all time favorite.
I tend to like for the fellas to scoop my cones as they seem to put more muscle in to the scooping which equals a large scoop… haha!

When I come to this location, I come to get ice cream, not for their exceptional customer service. Baskin Robbins ice cream offers a large selection of ice cream and it’s delicious. I find that the consistency of the ice cream and just right. The right blend of creamy and yumm! Our favorites are: mint chip, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and chocolate chip.
The coworkers we’ve experienced are not very knowledgeable about the ice cream. They don’t always greet you and you get the feeling of, «okay, hurry, I want to go home and be out of here.»
They offer some seating at this location. I do not suggest to sit inside because it does get cramped when people are ordering because there isn’t much breathing room between where you order and sit. Outside however, there are a few benches you can sit at and a few tables/​chair combinations with umbrellas which is nice on a warm summer day.
My one bad experience.
I came with 2 of my girlfriends on a weekday about 4pm and we were having a great time enjoy one another’s company and delicious ice cream. Well, when we would laugh, the manager behind the counter would tell us to «HUSH!» We ignored it because we thought we were imagining things and then he shouted at us and told us we were being too laud. We were upset and we left.
That one bad experience didn’t shy me away from going back. I love me some Baskin Robbins regardless of the bad service I’ve first hand experienced.

After Coldstone proved to be complete liars about their hours, my fiancé and I went to Baskin Robbins for some icy creams. Going to Baskin Robbins, you know what to expect. Approximately 31 flavors. Prices that are always a little surprisingly high. Milkshakes. Promos for their newest invention (in this case, ice cream cake bites and also their soft serve).
But this time, I tried a new flavor. Slow-​churned chocolate covered banana. In one of those chocolate-​and-​peanut-​dipped waffle bowls. Which I smashed up and approximated the Coldstone concept of a mix-​in. What can I say, if I can’t adapt to my environment, I adapt my environment to me.
Oooooh my goodness. It was delicious. So so fudgy, and creamy, and wonderful. Dare I say, I loved it?
One thing that wasn’t so lovable, they were cleaning up (about a half hour before closing), and were spraying ammonia around the restaurant. Nothing like the smell of ammonia while you’re eating ice cream. Blegh.

Friendly staff. Place seemed a little dirty when we were there but how many Ice Cream places can you go and also watch the World Series. MAJOR BONUS. Now that I know they have a TV I will come back here instead of going to downtown.
Parking is really tight and you have to watch out because there always seems to be someone in your blindside.

Love the $ 1 scoops on Tuesday nights. It’s $ 1 for the kids size scoops, but that just makes it easier to get two different flavors.
It’s a Baskin Robbins, so it’s about the same as everywhere else. But you know what you’re getting, so there are no surprises. This particular location has always been friendly when I go there. The inside is a little small, but there are a few tables outside, too. It gets really busy on Tuesday nights, but I wouldn’t expect any different. Parking is limited immediately outside, but worse case scenario you can park closer to the AAA office.

The girl that helped us in the store was really nice and I think that makes all the difference. I hadn’t been to a Baskin Robbins since I was a kid but I will definitely go back. My kids loved that you could get cones dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles of your choice.
It was clean, the people were friendly and the ice cream was awesome. Can’t ask for much more than that :)

Came here to redeem a groupon, and the girl behind the counter was SUPER friendly. She was helpful, and told me what I could buy to spend exactly $ 20 worth. Much appreciated!
