My work week has been saved a couple of times by Nick who is one of the main people here. He is extremely smart and works quickly to diagnose a problem and get systems up and running again. He makes office visits and also makes house calls if you have a home office — he travels with most everything he needs to fix a problem. The last time I needed help urgently, Nick was able to come on short notice — I had a hard drive that suddenly went bad and paralyzed my computer. According to the manufacturer it would take several days for a new hard drive to be delivered to me. Lucky for me Nick had one in inventory and got me back up and running in lightening speed ! … I was totally relieved and impressed with how he came through for me in a short amount of time. He is very good about educating his clients about issues and how to keep a system running really well. I would highly recommend this service ~
