LPCH at Stanford’s Teen and Young Adult Clinic

Dr. Jennifer Carlson is awesome. Incredibly good bedside manner. Thoughtful. Asks lots of good, probing questions that cover the waterfront to make sure she snags any data that may be relevant. Too the time to connect with my daughter.
Front staff — mixed. No idea what the visit cost. What other industry doesn’t tell you ahead of time what their services will cost. Like my clients to be like that!

obviously I am biased b/​c I am rating myself here. so perhaps they should delete this after they set this up.
anyway, you get the most comprehensive visit you have ever had in your life. (because we use medical students and residents who do a very very thorough exam) and you get to see me and I am way cool

but really, we do comprehensive health care for teens and young adults. (acne, menstrual stuff, general check ups) the visits are long but you get everything. I suggest you make an early appointment b/​c we run behind as the day goes along, because we like to take care of everything in 1 visit if possible.
We also got family PACT which is California’s family planning insurance and it is free for anyone less than 200% of the poverty level and sliding scale, otherwise, I think. or if you need confidentiality e.g. you are on your parents insurance or husband’s. Family PACT covers all the family planning needs.
