Can’t comment on other services, this is regarding my experience dropping off packages for UPS. Lady wanted to charge «service fee» of $ 1/​package. You are better off going to UPS store to avoid unnecessary charges.

I needed a post office box for my home-​based business so that I don’t have to broadcast my address to customers every time I send an email. I saw on their website that they were offering 30% for new customers and decided to give them a try.
I was pleased with the special offer for new customers. Instead of a flat 30% off, he wound up giving me a fourth month for free. I was amused that he let me pick my own box number — he had a little laugh at my random number neurosis. However, when I finally selected one that was available to rent, he didn’t have a key. He said he’d have a copy for me next time I came by. No big deal — I hadn’t even filled out the change of address form, so it’s not like I’d be hurting for it.
I got a chance to drop by yesterday afternoon (roughly a week and a half after renting the box). I asked the front desk clerk about the key that was supposed to be made for me. I was impressed by his scrutiny of me, especially since I was asking for a mailbox key. He went through my file and found the photocopy of my ID and checked it against my ID before he gave me the key. He was a little surly for my tastes, but definitely efficient; a man of few words, but who gets the job done.
I prefer the gent who rented me the box — he was a bit more friendly, and I like doing business with friendly people. However, if he works with people who care about riff-​raff getting my mailbox key, I can dig it.

Terrible and rude people own this place. Older male and female are rude to women and were very sloppy with my packages to be sent. They refuse to seal a box for you even if it is a shoe box. Will never go there again. I have never been to a place where they charge for tape. Go to the place near Trader Joes on homestead instead. MUCH nicer people.

It’s a small place but well organized. An older Indian man helped me out and he was really nice and quite the talker! He quickly helped me with my fingerprints and photo copied a few things. Prices are average to cheaper than a few shops. $ 17/​card for fingerprinting (others usually around $ 25/​card) but this is one of the few places that do ink fingerprinting. They got boxes for shipping, mailing, printing and all that jazz.
I was happy, he was happy so 4 stars!
