Obtained various certifications regarding property management including Certified Property Manager and Certified Property Supervisor

Started up and ran a large property mgmt company from 1986 to 2013 when we sold it.

Participated in various RE syndications to purchase apartment communities.

Have purchased individually over 300 single family homes in the past 30 years many which are in my rental pool.

Happily married with 2 sons and 3 grandchildren.

Both sons work with me full time in the business.
