American Family Insurance – Jonathan Cisneros

Scam took over a month to get my insurance cards. They were making changes to my policy without my consent. And I was quoted a fair quote from the beginning and made my first payment then called to make the second payment and it was 100 dollars more than was quoted to pay month to month. And then was given a run around. And after I canceled I still got charged and am now trying to get my money back
