Authentic, fresh sliced and fresh grilled sub sandwiches. Our signature cold subs are served Mike’s Way® with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and The Juice – an exquisite splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil blend, and always finished with spices. Our Famous Philly cheesesteaks are prepared atop a hot grill and made to order. And of course, everything is served on fresh-​baked bread.

History

Established in 1956.

It all started back in 1956 in the sea-​side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as «Mike’s Subs». The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents.

In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. When the company began franchising in 1987, Peter renamed the business «Jersey Mike’s Subs».

Today, there are 1,300 Jersey Mike’s locations open and in development nationwide.

Business Owner

Coming from humble beginnings in rural New York, Steve’s dream is to take full advantage of the opportunities found in the best country on earth by providing a lasting legacy for his family. Steve has a background in Physics and worked in the Technology & Telecommunications Industries out of college.

Those experiences and relationships are what brought him to his next challenge as an Owner & Operator of currently three Jersey Mike’s Subs located in Mukilteo, Shoreline and Redmond, WA.

Steve has also found the time to give back to the communities he is a part of through fundraisers, volunteer work and donations. He is currently a volunteer Board Member of the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce.
