A Bunch of Crooks!
We were referred to Dadson’s by our insurance company (Progressive) after hitting a deer. Before hitting the deer our car was in good working condition and we rarely had much trouble with it. After getting our car «repaired,» we discovered that the hood could no longer be hydraulically lifted (due to the hydraulics not being replaced), Dadson’s claimed the repair was a general wear-​and-​tear item, so they weren’t going to replace it (even though it worked before we hit the deer). To add insult to injury, a week or so receiving our car from the repair shop, our tire deflated and we learned we needed to repair the brakes (as these were also wear-​and-​tear items). They then quoted us a price ($ 150 higher than other repair shops in Muncie).

Hydraulics in hood worked
Tires had no holes
Brakes worked well
After getting «repaired»:
Hydraulics needed repairing
Tires needed repairing
Brakes needed repairing
Now someone tell me why we took it to them to get «repaired», only to have it get repaired again… AT OUR COST! They were COMPLETELY WORTHLESS, SCAM-​ARTISTS!!!
