Was GM for past 4 years to very succesful businesses in Utah. Past owner of Monte Alta restaurant in Ouray, CO. Other businesses in San Diego and Iowa. Was time to get back in to the swing of owning my own restaurant. My love is cooking and that is where I want to be most!
