Allstate Insurance: Eric Tryby

Crystal is always cheerful on the phone, but cannot seem to finish any task when asked. We always have to call her a second, third or even a fourth time to get things done. She blames everything on her «system». We were billed for almost 8 months on a car that we sold. Even after numerous attempts to cancel the policy we were still being charged. Finally we were able to get a refund, but the time it took was not okay.
Now that we sold that vehicle and the policy is cancelled, we bought a new vehicle and it took over a month and numerous phone calls to even get proof of insurance. I called and asked for a declarations page or a copy of the commercial policy so I can submit to my employer and after 2 weeks and numerous calls/​voicemails, still NOTHING!!!
I’m beyond aggravated and words cannot describe how unprofessional this agency is. For the same price as Eric Tryby was charging us for our personal vehicles, we were able to switch over to State Farm with the same coverage. We only have our commercial vehicle left with them, but will be looking for a better, more professional company today! I’m through with this sub-​par insurance company.
I would NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone!!!

My Husband and I reached out to Allstate to bundle our auto insurance policies. Crystal responded quickly and we switched over to Allstate right away. She was able to get us a great deal that’s saving us money on our monthly payments. Great, professional customer service. We now have more coverage at a lower cost. Highly recommend Crystal!

When signing up for a homeowner’s policy, we were informed that we would save X amount per month if we acquired a monitored alarm system, which we did. Three years later, when reviewing our policy to see if we can cut costs anywhere, they informed us that we hadn’t been receiving the alarm discount the whole time and tried to tell us there was nothing they could do. We demanded they remedy the situation. They ended up reimbursing us a very small fraction of the amount they originally told us we would be saving. Each and every time we call this office, we never can speak with our agent. Crystal told us numerous times that she would call back and she never does. We wait weeks for each returned call, only to have to call back ourselves. We are currently trying to switch to a different Allstate office. We have nothing against Allstate, just this particular office is impossible to work with when trying to get anything done. In the four years we’ve been with them, we have only had a cracked windshield claim for repair. Once again, they never called back when they said they would, we always had to wait and then call them. I can’t imagine having to deal with a real claim with this office and don’t want to give them business any longer, because it is clear they don’t want it.

I have been using this agency since February of this year. I got a great quote for the two properties that I own and was able to save hundreds of dollars. Rich and Crystal are the best.
