I’m so glad I got here a half hour early to fill out the required paperwork only to sit here for another half hour past my appointment.

Horrible place. Rude, disorganized. Worthless results. The doctor never even looked up at me. Bad bedside manner. Services were over 2 years ago. I paid the bill at time of service and just got a call from a collection company. I have been trying for over a month to correct with them. They don’t return calls.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. My daughter had a rash appear suddenly in early 2013. We have PPO insurance, and we brought her here. She was seen by a PA, not a doctor. He said it looked like Fifth Disease, that it would pass. Paid our copay … life went on. The diagnosis was wrong, she is allergic to artificial colors, but that is not why I reviewing. On July 10th2014, we received a collection bill for $ 140. No description, just their name and amount and«this has been sent by a collection agency». We called the number on the bill, 951−367−1060. We called and got a message that they are busy and someone will call us back in 72 hours. in 16+ months we haven’t received anything from them, but now we get a collection bill. We called repeatedly over the next few days and finally on Friday July 19th we got someone. This lady was a piece of work, she said we have sent you bills. She acts like we are crazy for asking for proof that we owe the bill, I told her to sit tight that I was gonna drive over to discuss. I drove to the office, and was greeted by a nice woman named Jessica. She was very empathetic and said she would be upset too if she got a bill out of the blue. Note to office, you may want to consider learning from her. I asked to see a Dr. to let them know that their billing may be off. No one was there. Jessica, gave me the phone number to their riverside office and said a lady was waiting for me to call. I called and got in touch with the lady, their phone hung up on me before I could even identify myself! I called back… and got voicemail. I walked back into the office, and Jessica got me a different number to call, the lady Connie said they were having phone issues. Interestingly enough, they also made a system change for billing sometime in the last year. Could it be that their systems caused the issue or is it poor billing practices? Connie was pointless, she was the antithesis of Jessica and was basically like the first lady. I told them to send me the bill details, I paid the $ 140, whether its valid or not, no clue. This bill is coming so late that I cant even protest with the insurance company . In summary, horrible customer service, actual service wasn’t too good either. I would look for a Dr. Office that you actually get seen by a Dr. and one where they put the patient first and actually have a handle on their billing practices. BTW… looks like they have done the same thing to other patients.

Poor Customer Service — Billed me for services 9 months AFTER services rendered. They were on my insurance when I first went — then my insurance must have dropped them — and they neglected to inform me. I cannot dispute the«bill» with my insurance since it is over 6 months since services rendered. The folks in billing claim they sent us 5 or 6 bills, which we never received, and then finally called me the other day to say they were sending me to collectionsl What!!! After 9 months(i couldn’t even remember what the services were for!!), and not a peep from them. Also — I have had better luck in dealing with allergies from my Primary Care Dr. these folks kept doing hit/miss attempts at dealing with the allergies, and charging me EVERYSINGLETIME!

I also saw Steve the PA and he was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. He diagnosed my son with asthma. He got defensive when I asked about side effects of the medication he was prescribing. Sorry I don’t just give my 1 year old anything. I really feel like he is like a textbook. Terrible bedside manner. I wasn’t questioning his knowledge I was just trying to learn a little more about my sons diagnosis. He seemed annoyed with kids too. It was irritating him that my son was trying to get out of the room while we were talking. Dr. Iqball was very nice and professional and that’s why I have the office 2 stars. zero stars for Steve if I could.

The staff(especially the young girls in the front who don’t know their left hand from their right!) needs to get their act together! My hubby wasted time, gas and leave time from work because you failed to tell him his serum wasn’t ready although he received a phone call stating to come in today. Please get a clue — this is no way to treat your patients! The manager will be notified of your incompetence! I would give NOSTARS!

I have seen two doctors at this location and go in twice per week for allergy shots. So far, I’ve had a great experience. I enjoy the staff there and am seeing an improvement after being on allergy shots(immuno-therapy) for several months.

I love the staff, however I went to visit Steve Gruer. I went in for a wheat allergy and more info about it because I am suffering from hives every time I eat it. Steve told me I was not allergic even though my previous doc confirmed it with a blood test and logging my food intake. I wanted to get a list of ingredients that I may be missing in my own research. Dr Gruer said«if your have problems with wheat you look for wheat» I could of got that answer from a 5 yeAr old. Seriouly? Most of us know that our culture is wheat wheat wheat, it is in everything, modified food starch is wheat, any starch for that matter, Carmel color, the list goes on. I just wanted to see if I could get more info going to see a «professional» on the matter. He would not let me finish a sentence without rudely interrupting. It was a waste of money. I told him I had hives, he asked to see my arms and told me my skin looked fine, the hives were on my neck! They were healing and not noticeable that day. He then explained to me that itchy skin is a result of dryness. What? I had hives! I want something to combat it because the over the counter meds were not working! I received no help for my visit which was a wheat allergy associated with hives. Instead he sent me on my way with a nose spray for swelling in my sinuses that I didn’t even go in for! Terrible experience, my frustration lead me to tears as I went up front to schedule a follow up which I will be canceling. After I got home I realized that even though the entire office called him«Dr» and I was informed I was seeing a «Dr» he wasn’t a doctor at all! He is a physician assistant! He likes to hear himself talk. He would not listen to my symptoms at all. He is not knowledgable in this field and should not be practicing in my opinion.
