Established in 2002.

Dr. Eichenberg joined Dr. Mealer in 2000 in Temcula. Dr. Mealer had been serving the Temcula Valley since 1984. Dr. Eichenberg has grown Renuance Cosmetic Surgery Center into the largest Medical Spa and Surgery Center in the Temecula Valley.

We offer Botox, Juvederm, laser hair removal, Smoothbeam laser for Acne, Sclerotherapy for veins, microdermabrasion, prescription strength skin care products like Obagi.

I had liposuction and a breast lift with Dr. Eichenberg almost 3 weeks ago. Everything was extremely smooth. My consultation was easy, prices reasonable for the area. The doctor answered all my questions and covered a few of what my options would be for a lift and what my expectations were and what to really expect. His nurses and surgery staff were great, friendly and thorough. My recovery was fast, easy and no complications. I’ve already had 2 follow ups and everything is looking great! He came recommended highly to me by a few friends I have that are estheticians and have seen his work and even one local plastic surgeon that only does facial surgery recommended him for body work. Can’t wait to see myself in 6 weeks when the results really kick in!

I went in Last November because I thought the Saline Augmentation I had done in 2000 was leaking on the right side. They insisted I get a mammogram before the surgery to make sure there isn’t anything wrong. I paid $ 150 out of pocket 2 days before the surgery to get it done.
They gave me a choice of IV or General Sedation. He assured me that IV sedation is fine so I went ahead with IV sedation. I woke up in pain during the surgery. I heard him say I won’t remember, I did and I told him during the follow up appt. and he brushed it off as if its not a big deal.
6 – 8 weeks later, my left side fell and I went in the next day for evaluation. That’s when he decided to tell me that when he went in, nothing was wrong with the right side but the left side was calcified and had to take a lot of the calcified tissue out and that’s why it failed.
I asked him why he didn’t see that in the mammogram and he asked if I had it done… what?! So, he didn’t even look at the mammogram that I HAD to get.
He had me pay $ 500 for IV sedation again to fix the left side. I woke up in pain again during surgery. Few of days later, he took the bandages off and the left side was bruised everywhere. He said he had him give me shots into my breast during surgery because I was feeling it… ugh.
Almost immediately, I could see that the left side was way lower and he said they were even but the areola were not for some reason and suggested he numbs me with local anesthetic and remove my whole areola area and move it up. That’s where I drew the line. I told him I’ll just seek second opinion.
Before the surgery, I expressed to him that bras were very confining and I don’t like to wear them. I never had problems with rippling, never had problems with saline or had to wear a bra.
Now, I have rippling, saline would have been just fine but he upgraded it to silicone for more and I have to wear a sports bra 24⁄7 because the «girls» are uneven and I’m afraid the left side will just drop.
I went there to see Dr. Eichenberg but they scheduled me with his associate Dr. Filip.

HORRIBLE!!! I’m going to make this short… Paid for a augmentation & lift, a few months later I was back in his office and he ‘re did’ the lift without charging $. A few months after that we were rt back where we started. He said its just my skin (???) and that he will need to meet with some colleagues, they would never give me any names so I call b.s. on that. I’ve been to multiple other Dr’s (about 5 from San Diego to O.C., Dr. Nicoli I think is my fave) since and they All say the same thing on what SHOULD have been done and are a little shocked. All the other dr’s around here know of him and they always kind of chuckle under their breathe and shake their head.
I did ask for my money back for the lift, being that He couldn’t get it done and my scaring is HORRENDOUS! I had to spend the money Again to get it all fixed. She pretty much said to bad, which is what I expected however, a couple of the other dr. offices recommended that I try.
I have yet to meet someone that is happy with him, and this includes girls that have worked for him. I’m in the beauty industry and meet many many women that have had or heard from friends with less than satisfactory experiences with this dr. for breast aug /​lifts. I guarantee he doesn’t have an after pic of my surgery in his book…
ALWAYS get a few consultations (That’s a no brainer cuz they’re typically free) and when you mention his name to other offices, you will hear what I’m saying. Do yourself favor and skip this one :/

I have been a patient of Dr Eichenberg’s since 2000. Dr Eichenberg is an excellent plastic surgeon. He listens to your concerns and is very honest about when you are asking about particular procedures. He will do what is going to help you look your best, never trying to sell a patient on an unnecessary procedure, very honest. His work is excellent and I just can’t say enough good things about all his staff! They are all so friendly and accommodating. Being a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, I’ve dealt with many types of doctors and I think very highly of Dr Eichenberg! From the moment you walk into his office you know that you are going to be treated with care, dignity and respect. I wish there were more doctors like him!
