Please know I only rated it a 2 star for the product only. Every time I go here the employees are rude. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Every once in a while you might get an employee to say«thank you» or «have a good day» but don’t count on it. It is not my desire to be treated like royalty but a simple«thank you» isn’t asking much.

I drive like 15 minutes to get here, haha. The drive through is super quick. I love everything here. The staff is always friendly. Very convenient to have a drive through.

Ordered a flaming hot burger and some chicken fingers. Fingers where dry and cold same with the fries. The burger was an ok fast food I’m just hungry sort of ok. The ice cream was ok nothing special. The next time it’s just ice cream for me at this place. Biggest complaint was the chicken fingers and fries where not fresh.

For some reason my husband loves DQ so we end up here a lot. I think its good. Nothing special. The blizzards are probably the best features. They have so many different flavors to choose from. They have candy options, pie options, and good olé fashion flavored blizzards. I like the strawberry shortcut, banana cream pie blizzard, and peanut butter parfait. The food is definitely average. I haven’t tasted anything here that I cant find better or the same somewhere else. I tried the new bacon chicken snack wraps tonight. Yuck! It was salty and the sauce was so hot it burned my lip when it squirted out. I didnt even finish it and I hate wasting food. The fries are good. Their very crispy. The service is always friendly. The drive-thru line can get long. Especially on a hot summer night.

I’ve been here a couple times. The blizzards are great, but I ordered an orange Julius and was extremely disappointed. Usually they taste like a frothy orange smoothie, but today it just tastes like orange juice.

Management etiquette classes needed! We are unsure what was worse, the poor service, the burnt food or the dismissive nature of management when we attempted to exchange our food for an unburnt serving. Was that too much to ask? I wish we had driven to the lake elsinore location instead…(note to self)

Yummy. Kind of a long wait. I don’t remember ever having to wait this long. Still tastes like I remember though. Happy. Wish there were more Dairy Queens still around.

Management is erratic and rude to their staff. Management and staff can be heard speaking about one another and their customers on their drive thru head sets. Incredibly unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable as a guest in that«catty» atmosphere when I went in for a relaxing ice cream with my children. Family place? I think not — get it together folks — it’s not junior high — it’s a work place and customer service is your first priority.

First time at their eat in restaurant style Chill n Grill. The burgers were ok, just typical fare, tho the Swiss mushroom burger I had was pretty flavorful, the beef itself was lacking. The fries were seasoned, tho they could have used more of it. The Strawberry flavored Orange Julius was very watery and not much flavor. This must be a new item for them, but I recommend that you skip it and order some standard DQ ice cream instead. Definitely come back in the hot summer to come, but for ice cream only.

Came here to get a blizzard. They had a buy any size, get the same size for 99¢. Cant complain about that. The customer service was average and out blizzards were practically melted when they gave it to us. Okay experience, wont be going bacc. Came here to get a blizzard. Had a craving for a banana split last night. I used the drive thru and watched them make it through the window. They put on such a little amount of whipped cream and no nuts or a cherry on top! I asked for nuts and they said they charge extra for nuts. What! A banana split should come with nuts and a cherry. Small. size as well. Will not be going back. Service was o.k.

Got burger, fries, and blizzard. Big let down. Burger overloaded with mustard and no burger taste at all. Fries were skimpy and wobbly. Don’t know how one can ruin ice cream or a blizzard, but they succeeded. Would never turn this one upside down as it would all come out. Very little ingredients and melting blizzard. This one is bad.

People go here primarily for the sweet stuff. I, on the other hand go for their burgers. I didn’t even know they had a menu for food until recently. They make their burgers fresh. I love the melting cheese and onions. Good stuff. The last time I went to DQ for ice cream was about 8 years ago when I moved to Murr. A few days ago I decided to get a waffle cone w soft serve. I was excited for the waffle cone. when the woman handed it to me(drive thru) and I bit a piece. it was stale. She probably took it from the display model. I just finished the ice cream and threw away the cone. yuck.

Yeah, 6 to 8 short black hairs in your sandwich is quite unappealing. They refunded my money but the manager refused to believe me at first and said well it was probably just towel fibers(yeah right). Stay away folks, looks like they got someone on the kitchen staff pulling disgusting pranks and a manager in denial.

Came here for some sweets after dinner last night and we got a large cone, a medium dipped cone and a blizzard for 9 bucks!!! Maybe prices are just so damn expensive, and here is Cali it’s offensive, but I thought that wasn’t bad! I went to Carvel in Vegas and got 2SMALL cones with sprinkles and that was 8 bucks. Anyway, we did the drive through, which I was skeptical about, but it was OK. No problems with order, my cones was yummy! I did want to get my nephew a small cake back in August when I came and it was waaaay expensive. I was surprised that a DQ cake was about $ 30!

The cleanest DQ location I have been to. This DQ servers their signature ice cream cones, sundaes, blizzards AND food. The employees here tend to be young high schoolers but I haven’t had any bad customer service experience. This place hits the spot especially during hot summers Murrieta is known for.

I love Dairy Queen. It makes me feel nostalgic for my childhood when my parents would bring us to the tiny Dairy Queen in our town that didn’t even have tables and you’d have to eat your ice cream outside and it would melt because it was so hot out. Before my parents dropped my daughter and me off at the airport to fly home, my mom suggested stopping at Dairy Queen first. Yay! I thought it was a cute idea because it kind of carries on the tradition of them taking me to DQ, but this time they’re taking their granddaughter. Plus you don’t have to twist MY arm when it comes to ice cream. Dairy Queen is known for their Blizzard, and now they offer a mini-sized one for only $ 2.49. It was the perfect size for my two year old, and also my mom, who just doesn’t eat things in large portions. I ordered an Oreo Blizzard for the kid, my mom had the Strawberry CheeseQuake, my dad had a strawberry sundae and I had an Orange Julius(another fave from childhood). Let me tell you, that Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard was the SHIZZZZZZZ!!! It’s like two of the best things ever(ice cream and cheesecake) blended together to create another one of the best things EVERRR!!! I’m in love. It’s supposed to be 106 in Concord tomorrow. I might just head over to DQ near our place and get me a Blizzard…
