Eagle Glen Apartments

Worst place to live ever. Management sucks and when you move out they charge you hundreds of dollars for no reason.

I have been living get here for 2 years now and I feel very safe with my surroundings. Very peaceful and mellow. Beautiful landscaping, great views at night off the balconies. Nice size pools and Jacuzzis as well as a cardiovascular center and gym as well. WiFi provided and if you enjoy studying or reading they have a quiet peaceful study center.

Eagle Glen is a decent apartment complex. The layouts of the various apartments are nice. The quality of the apartments, appliances, and amenities is good (relative to other local complexes). The grounds, landscaping, pools, and gym are nice.
However, if you count on management to enforce the policies outlined in the lease agreement and addendums to the lease agreement, you will be disappointed. Several months ago a new tenant moved into my building (directly above me). This tenant brought her dogs and allows them to bark at everything, all hours of the night (10:00 pm, 1:00 am, 5:00 am, etc.). The dogs are often left on the patio so all of the surrounding units are subjected to the madness. The tenant even runs/​exercises these dogs in her apartment (because that is the rational/​reasonable way to exercise animals…). Additionally, the same tenant proceeds to shake the building when she walks up/​down the stairs and throughout her unit. It is as if she wears steel boots and stomps in place of walking. To keep a long story short, everything in my unit shakes when she moves.
Collectively, 4 separate tenants and I submitted complaints to management regarding the unreasonable and excessive noises/​vibrations generated by the tenant and her animals. Management provided us the same generic response when the complaints were first submitted, that is «They are handling it». These complaints have been submitted multiple times over the course of several months. We (the neighbors) have asked for updates on the situation (given the excessive noise continues on a daily basis). Management does not return calls, emails, or provide any clear insight on the situation. My inquiries have been ignored for nearly a month now. This is why I decided to finally write a review.
In short, the lease agreement and corresponding addendums clearly state that if the management company receives a reasonable complaint the animals must be removed immediately and permanently. Management willfully fails to enforce the policies outlined in their agreements. Instead, they choose to ignore the valid/​reasonable complaints and concerns of their tenants.
As I stated above, Eagle Glen can be a nice place to live. If however, you are placed near an inconsiderate, obnoxious, or «bad» neighbor, tough luck. You will have to live with it. You can’t rely on management to provide you the environment/​habitat described and agreed to in the lease agreement.

Used to be a decent place to live then all of a sudden a chick w/​the most sloppy n loud dog moved in and it’s been impossible to get any peace and quiet. The office does nothing about the noise that is being made but do make false and stereotypical remarks about tenants. I’ve heard some neighbors had to take matters in there own hands bc that darn dog is so unbearably loud but of course office personnel does nothing about it. Bet they would if they were next door. Lol The pool always has hoodlums hanging out drinking and smoking who knows what. Obviously there is no security to enforce the 10pm rule. What a joke of a place!

My husband & I have lived here for a year & love it. We never hear noise coming from neighbors & the grounds are always kept super clean. I feel safe walking around at night. You don’t see strange people hang around outside like my previous apartments.
The insulation is awesome & keeps the apartment around 73 – 75 all year long. When we do run the a/​c all summer our bill is never higher then $ 75. The 9 ft ceilings help the apartment feel spacious. There’s always pleantly of parking & both gyms are really nice with new equipment.
The kitchen sink sucks when you’re trying to was large pans. They’re not deep enough. Love the huge bathroom with garden tub & large walk-​in closet.

LOVED living here! Great apartments and the office staff was friendly. I never had an issue with parking. This complex is VERY well kept. I moved out after a year lease because I was relocating to Northern California, and I got my fully deposit and Pet deposit back! They are super reasonable! Highly Recommend.

This place is HORRIBLE! I am aware that they allow two cars to have parking spots in the complex but I had informed the office that my third car was broken into and had a smashed window so I wanted to leave the car in my OWN parking number at the complex for the night until I had it put somewhere else and they said okay. The next morning came along and there was a big fat parking ticket on my car!
Things like this happened to me more than once not with the car but with other problems I had told them and it just doesn’t matter if you inform them anything because its like they don’t listen to you. All that matters to them is that you pay your rent every month and thats that.
This complex cares does not care about their customers being satisfied I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR RETURN.

Been here for three months and I’m very happy. The complex is very quiet and there is no issue with parking. It feels very safe and secure. I work late hours and often walk my dog at 3 am feeling safe and comfortable. I’m going to review my apartment layout which is the Nicklaus.
The apartment size is open and roomy. Best for 1 but OK for 2. The kitchen has tons of cabinets and lots of storage. Counter space could improve: i got a microwave cart so that my toaster oven doesn’t take up space on the counter. Provided microwave, stove and fridge are all adequate. Only gripe about the kitchen is that the sink is too shallow and the faucet isn’t quite long enough, but not really an issue. The laundry room adjacent to the kitchen is a good size with lots of storage.
The storage area on the patio/​balcony is large and a nice perk. I fit all my sports equipment and have room for additional storage.
Bedroom is a very nice large size. Fits my queen bed set with 2 night stands and a huge dresser with room to spare. The closet is a large walk in. The way the door opens kind of restricts access to some of it, just not a well thought out design.
The bathroom is HUGE. It has a nice garden tub. But as huge as the bathroom is there is a shocking lack of storage space. Bathroom is probably the biggest drawback. There was no medicine cabinet even so I bought one and surface mounted it. I also had to get an over the toilet cabinet and I’m still tight on space.
Biggest problem: The water heater is so small I can’t make it through a shower keeping the water hot. It’s lukewarm by the time I get out even after I turn it up to max.
The apartment is well insulated. It neither gets super hot or super cold no matter what the weather is doing.
The grounds are nice. There are lots of places to walk my dogs and let them use the bathroom. Most other dog owners are good about picking up after their dogs. I’ve seen much worse. Ample bags are provided all over.
Overall I’m very happy living here, especially after seeing some other places that were straight ghetto for the same price. Very nice, clean, safe, quiet place to live!

I lived in these apartments for 6 months and it was not as bad as i thought it would be.
The gym is decent, good equipment and roomy. Separate weight room and cardio room which is nice as well. The complex are 2 swimming pools with BBQ islands and cabana on one.
This place is pretty nice. One bad thing is that the walls are paper thin. I stayed on the very top level by the pool and late at night when people would go down to swim or jacuzzi it up, i could hear them and it would keep me up at night. Other then that i think this complex is pretty nice
