its nice to have a donut shop so close to home. But the older man and woman are EXTREMELYRUDE how do u approach your customer with What do you want??? and the older man tried to rip off my daughter by selling her 3 donuts for $ 7 i don’t think so i gave him a piece of my mine and there prices are ridiculous $ 2 for donut holes and $ 1.50 to $ 1.75 for a donut. If it wasn’t for the younger woman in the morning being sweet and making my daughter smile in the morning i would never go there they really need a lesson on customer service or hire someone since apparently they don’t like the business they are in

Fyi don’t waste your time or money. Product looks old and small selection. I walked in took a look and walked out.

First off I really wanted to like this place but the lady working there is not nice. She looks bothered when you ask her for a donut. Second, this place is always closed you cannot count on a donut. I will continue to search for a real donut shop.

I give this place 5 stars! I order my food and donuts before hand and when I get there every thing is ready when I enter the shop. As for the girl everyone is talking about, I personally think she’s a sweetheart and has always greeted me with a smile!

Love this donut shop, every weekend I get jelly donuts and bagels, always great service, and people are friendly. I go in to the shop early AM and always get a big hello.

3 stars is for the ham and cheese croissant because they use white cheese, and i love it. I love the sprinkles donuts and the blueberry cream cheese croissants. I have to agree with other reviews the girl at the counter is not the friendlist. Today, she was decent; I think she even told me to have a good day which is a change. Last time, I went I ordered a ham and cheese croissant NO jalapeños, was driving down the road and took a big ol bite of oh Lord, Jesus, help me. Today, was the first time I have been back since and that was 3 months ago. My croissant was burnt and it had barely any cheese…#FAIL I will not buy a dozen donuts here, they are too expensive!

I’m glad we have a donut shop on this side of town but dang the selection sucks and they are expensive. The big girl that works there is rude,(she was about 10 seconds away from earning herself a cuss out this morning) every time I go there she seems to have attitude EVERYTIME. The other people that work there are much nicer. I used to like coming to this place but From now on I’ll make the drive to miss donuts up the freeway, better tasting donuts better prices and a waaaaay better selection. I Hope the owners of this place read the reviews posted on this site, they need to get it together.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were allowed. EVERYTIME I have gone they didn’t have the donut that I wanted… The last time I went they had 3 donuts in the store & I feel like they were irritated that I walked in there; like I wasn’t welcomed they didn’t even say hello!

They aren’t very nice, a bit more expensive then usual but less tasty, and they are always out of most donuts no matter what time I go.

Awesome, the more donut shops around town the better! Imagine if are only option was fast food breakfast? We have to have a drive thru for everything because we’re all so busy or lazy. Well you can just meet me at the donut shop when you’re done sitting in the 10 car drive through at Jack in the Box for your breakfast! I bought a combo which includes a good size of coffee and a good sized bagel bacon sandwich. Everything was great the service was friendly and attentive. I will be back!

Flies swarming around the donuts? Ummm… No thanks. I actually felt bad so I bought 1 donut and threw it away as soon as I got home. Ewww. Lost my appetite & never coming back.

I would give 3.5 stars maybe more on the donuts. I always get milk so I can’t vouch for coffee but good donuts. I have never had any rude customer service but I have been there waiting a minute or so before somebody came out to help. Also no room for dining in.

Spend your money somewhere else!!! I had the RUDEST service EVER! I was smiling and friendly when I ordered a dozen donuts but the girl at the counter had THEWORSTATTITUDE. She acted like I was bothering her and had a sour face the whole time. While I was selecting my donuts she let out a loud breath as if I was taking too much of her time. REALLY?!? Do yourselves a favor and don’t buy from here… you’ll have a much better day. Just go across the parking lot to AM/PM or across the street to 7 – 11. They are MUCHFRIENDLIER!

At a Glance: Food: 3 Service: 1 Convenience: 2 Value: 3. Bottom Line: I would not patronize this place again and encourage others not to as well. Which is something I rarely do. The person that helped me was really cold and at times rude. She may have been having an off day but still. . . The Boring Details Food: They are donuts. Hard to mess something up that is fried. Average donuts so I’m not sure why they have such poor service. I cant easily get them somewhere else. They have bagels but as someone mentioned they are obviously brought in. Like a lot of places. I’d rather get them from a grocery store bakery dept. They have the standard drinkage. Milk etc. Nothing spectacular. Service: I got a friendly smile and Hi from a customer leaving with a quite a few boxes of donuts. But that soon changed when I walked in. The person who helped me(teen/young adult female) was incredibly short/rude with me. I was kind of shocked but I kept up my happy positive attitude. I even tried to be even more friendly to her. But to no avail. Again you sell donuts. This is how you make money. If you aren’t happy doing the thing that makes you money then maybe you should consider another occupation. Sorry I wasn’t buying a gross of donuts but I don’t think the lady that bought all those donuts got better service than I did. Convenience: There’s not anything I patronize here. I just hate that exit and traffic pattern. Once the road is built out I’m sure it will be fine. Value: About average in cost

This place is good enough for what it is. I was in the mood for a 7-Eleven push button cappuccino and this place has it. I also needed a snack so my husband and I split a toasted bagel with cream cheese. As the other reviewer stated, the bagels are not made there, they just have bags of Sara Lee level bagels in the back. There is minimal seating inside, but this more of a grab-and-go than a sit and shoot the breeze donut shop. The drink case was full of typical breakfast drinks: bottled water, OJ, and oddly-named energy drinks. The shop itself is neat and clean, which is important in any food service establishment. Overall, I’m more likely to visit here than 7-Eleven for cheap coffee and a snack.

I’ve been looking for an alternative to my usual bagel stop because I don’t really want to go there anymore and I had HIGHHOPES when I stumbled on Hole N One Donuts and Bagels. ONE: Never have high hopes, always expect the worst so you can be pleasantly surprised. TWO: If it’s called DONUTSANDBAGELS, it usually means it’s a donut shop that sells bagels. So, Hole-N-One IS a Donut shop. The donuts looked quite yummy, although all were much smaller than the ones they sell at Peterson’s in Escondido, but I was not after donuts. I want a good bagel, all toasted with lots of cream cheese on it. THEGOOD: Yes, they have bagels, then even have a selection. Today they had plain, wheat, jalapeño, blueberry, and raisin. They heat them and have cream cheese. They also do bagel sandwiches with eggs and stuff on them. I had the jalapeño and it was good and had actual chunks of jalapeño in the bagel so at least they are good bagels. They are cheap. My bagel and cream cheese was under $ 2. Donut prices look good, too. They have a selection of different types of bottled/canned soft drinks, etc in the refrigerated cases THEEH: The bagels are not made there — this is not a bagel shop. They just buy them and have them in the back and you ask what kind they have and they tell you. I ordered mine toasted with extra cream cheese. It was heated with what I consider a normal amount of cream cheese that comes on a bagel, so not«toasted» or what I considered«extra», but no up-charge, either. No brewed iced tea. Although there is a Jack in the Box right there, where I picked up a big one for $ 1.08 after I left the donut shop. I think donut shops AND bagel shops should have fresh brewed Iced Tea! They have coffee… why not tea? OVERALL: I would go back here, but it doesn’t really replace City Bagels as it is not the same thing. The ladies working there were friendly and had smiley faces, which I appreciate in the AM. It was an easy on and off the freeway at Scott road, although I’ve seen that on/off ramp NOT be an easy one many a time. It was good, but not spectacular… but, who knows? Maybe the donuts really shine? Someone else will have to tell. Anyone know a bagel shop off the 215? Send me a message!!!
