Kirbys Pawn

I thought I wrote a review on here before but guess not. This is BY FAR THE BEST PAWN SHOP I’ve ever been to. Tim (the owner) is a great guy. I had a financial hardship months back and let all my records and player go past the due date. Instead of going and selling it immediately like I know others would (at least the pawn shops I’ve dealt with in the past) Tim not only saved all my stuff but let me pay the interest until I can get it out. I’ll be a customer for life now. Not to mention everything for sell is very reasonably priced and they have a huge selection of power tools for any trade! Plus games movies; OG skateboards; jewerly, and the list goes on and on. Whether your buying, selling, or pawning know that your in good hands. Purchased a Bosch power tool today at Kirby’s from Tim and it was a great experience! Tim was knowledgeable, respectful, and very informative. Kirby’s has reasonable prices and i will be going back again. Tim told me that if the tool or batteries i purchased didn’t work like i expected bring it back for a full refund. That refund policy was something I’ve never heard before at other pawn shops.

Still well worth the five stars! As a girl that gets hit on quite a bit, I was so skeptical about going into a pawn shop, and these guys are so nice without being creepy. They both (Tim and Patrick) are incredibly nice and easy to talk to. My first experience was so great, I went back a second time to get rid of more stuff that has been cluttering my garage.
And for those of you that have read the poor reviews on Wimpey’s, have no fear… It is the same building, but different owner. The reviews I read about Wimpey’s do not apply to Kirby’s.
So if it’s your first time going to a pawn shop, or even if you’re a seasoned Pawnee looking for the best place in the area, stop by Kirby’s!
