Murrieta Children’s Dentistry

Love it here! One nurse im not fond of but as soon a I stated I didnt care for her they immediately got our regular nurse. But I love the dr. Over all amazing!!!

I have never wrote a review in my entire life! This place won’t let you go back with your little kids and makes stuff up to get paid!

Yesterday was our first visit to this dentist, I am very impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness (especially towards the kids). I was surprised about their policy regarding not accompanying the kids back for their exam, but they did allow me to for one of my kids after I explained what his issues were and what I could do to help him. I was especially impressed with Dr. Hope, she’s awesome! She didn’t talk down to the kids or to me. It’s been difficult to find the right dental office for my kids, but now, the search is over!

I’ve been bringing my son here every 6 months since he was able to come to the dentist and the doctor has always been super detailed and taken the time to show me the X-​rays. Not like other dentists. He’s so nice and the girls in the front office are so nice too! These reviews are false, I am appalled just reading them!

I’m surprised that there are so many negative reviews about Murrieta Children’s Dentistry. I have been taking my kids here for several years. The doctors are great! They clearly love and respect kids. Many of the claims on here are false. The staff have always been kind, friendly, and respectful to myself and children. Cleanliness have never been an issue, and I have been to some dirty offices. And the complaints about being in the back with your kids during treatment, parents are allowed to visit or view the kids during treatment. They just don’t let you stay for the full duration. Which I completely understand! My kids, and I’m sure many other kids, tend to act out when I am around. It is just like school. When I drop them off, they cry, then they are completely fine when I leave. It’s a behavioral tactic! Most of these bad reviews are all non-​sense. I have never had any problems with this office. They are very accommodating and provide you with all the possible scenarios before treatment. We were given the option for silver or white fillings, oral sedation or IV sedation. Besides the money difference, all the pros and cons were explained clearly and concisely so I can make the best possible judgement for my children.
I would and have recommended Murrieta Children’s Dentistry to anyone with kids. They have been around for a long time and clearly know what they are doing.

We took our three children here today (two who we took out) because every time we took our girls there they did more than the insurance company said needed to be done, so we ended up paying 75 dollars each visit for each kid. So we went to to temecula kids dentistry and LOVED them but it was a little far from our house, so we decided to give them another shot. big mistake!!! I carried my three year old when his name was called and was made fun of by Tawnya saying if hes in school he should be doing that himself, WHAT hes not in school and wont be for two years. Then that got me to thinking why they dont want you back there with your child are they not really performing the work or even maybe worse. I think their setting themselves up for lawsuits. When my oldest came out she had told me that once again Tawnya was talking to another worker while cleaning my daughters teeth and said «they left already because they had problems with their insurance» no it was not our insurance it was you!

The best office ever! Wouldn’t even think of taking my children anywhere else… I recommend them to everyone!!! The staff is very polite and funny!!! They always make me and my kids crack up!!! My kids are totAlly comfortable here!!!

This review is for Murrieta Children’s Denistry. They claim to be a CHILDRENS specialty, but they have a close door policy and wouldn’t let me go back with my daughter who was very afraid to have her fillings done. Even after I explained she just went off her anxiety meds and was extra nervous. What are they hiding that makes them not let a parent back with their child?! Also, the first visit was cleanings the week prior and my daughter told me they got saliva all over her face and I was back with them at that visit (all 3 of my kids. Guess its ok to be back there for that) and they didn’t use the saliva sucking thing and didn’t even talk to the kids! Very unfriendly place! The front office was friendly, however.

I have been taking my four children to Dr. Hope since we moved to the area 4 years ago. The staff are very good with the kids, and the dentists are thorough and friendly. When I took my kids to the orthodontist for the first time, he praised the work that Dr. Hope had done to prevent the need for braces later on. Like another commenter mentioned, at first I didn’t want my kids to get their teeth worked on without me. But my kids have gotten used to it, and even my kindergartener is totally comfortable on his own. I actually transferred to a new, more expensive dental policy so I could keep my kids with this dental group. They are great dentists. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone with kids!

Never ever will bring my child back here. Holy cow! The staff are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life! I’ve worked in the medical field my entire life and I expect a certain standard of care. This place should be shut down by OSHA. The staff is just the worst, they should be fired. They are just horrible people who need to get off their high horse and join the rest of society. I hope no one else has to experience this cruel disgusting place.

I went a few times to this children’s dentist I could hear the main receptionist talking dirt on all of the customers, I felt so uncomfortable I never went back! 6months after leaving my son’s filling fell out & 6months after that 2 of my daughter’s fillings fell out. The dentist I am going to now couldn’t believe the horrible work that my children had received.
