Valley Hot Spring Spas & BBQ’s

Our Hot Springs Spa is the best purchase we have made! This is our first spa and we had a lot of questions. Jason was helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process. We chose the Relay Spa for the powerful jets and layout options and the ease of use. It took a few weeks to perfect the water maintenance, now it’s a simple chore. We typically use the spa ⁵⁄₇ days for the past few months and haven’t had any issues.

Just bought a new swim/​spa by Cal Spa’s from Valley Hot Spring. Diane helped us through out the entire way, even setting up the crane to drop it in the back yard and letting the electrician know when we needed him here.
The purchase was quick and easy, they do price matching too! We got a great swim/​spa at a great price and with a bunch of accessories and built in stereo.
The delivery went flawlessly, the crane and spa movers were here within the timeframe quoted, and quickly went to work. The entire installation was professionally and quickly completed. They explained the chemical requirements of the new spa and it is ready to swim in 8 hours later.
I just want to thank Diane for all the help getting this done!

We purchased an Aria Spa from Jason back in April, but just now able to get it installed due to Electrical Service upgrades. We experienced a problem with some equipment from the manufacturer and Jason made a special trip to our home to help correct the problem.
Everyone at Valley Hot Springs Spas, Sales, Delivery, & Support have been great to work with and their service is outstanding.

Diane has been awesome from start to finish, we came here a few times before deciding to buy our hot tub, because we did quite a bit of research beforehand. I have to say that I’m glad we did that.
We went with the Hot Springs brand because it’s the top 5 brands for hot tubs. It’s also very sleek! The model we went with is fully insulated, apparently not all of them are fully insulated. We got the upgrades of bluetooth and extra waterfalls for our hot tub and Diane threw in a subwoofer, stairs, and cover for free with our hot tub! Nice!
Diane also recommended an electrician to help set us up and hook us up, he was difficult to get a hold of sometimes, but at the end, it was all worth it. Delivery went without a hitch and they were really gentle with going through our house with it because the door to our side yard was so narrow.
Lorenzo was wonderful on explaining to us how the salt water system works and how to use our hot tub.
Overall, I had a very satisfying experience here and I plan to come back! We love our hot tub! We use it frequently at night when the air is cooler, the lights changing and the fountains working. It’s a nice way to unwind after a long day.

I almost forgot to mention Coy and Lorenzo!!! Thanks to them for all their help and education :)

We had an outstanding experience with Jason and his team from start to finish. Diane was friendly and helpful and verrry knowledgeable. She informed us straight up about the difference between the 110 and 220 and how it would affect the spa’s performance. Duh, we opted for the 220!
We waited to purchase from them until the Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival based on the smokin’ hot deal my brother-​in-​law got there last year. We saved so much on our super sweet spa we took the plunge and bought a sauna AND a humungous outside fireplace as well! We are now set for party headquarters year ’round.
The 2 young men, Edward and Gilbert, who delivered our hot tub were extremely polite and professional. They had our nasty old spa (leftover from previous home owner and I mean eeeuuuw!) outta there and the new unit set up lickety split! Later in the day, Jason made a courtesy call to ensure that our new spa was delivered and all was well. Bonus points!
We were impressed from start to finish with the whole sha-​bang! Way to go TEAM Valley Hot Springs Spas & BBQ’s. Dang! We forgot to get a BBQ island! We will be back ASAP to get that cinched up as well.
Never met these people before. Never went spa shopping before. All I know is, First Rate, all the way!

Great experience. They explained all tubs in detail and have financing. Cant wait to get one. Need to save up a few more bucks but will buy from them for sure.

My wife and I decided I get a hot tub for our new home and after a lot of research decided to go with Valley Hot Springs. It was a great decision. Diane was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful through out the whole process. From start to finish our experience was a great one. I recently purchased a Cal Spa from Valley Hot Spring while attending the Home Show in Palm Springs and am very satisfied with Jason and his team’s customer service. They have been very responsive in handling the kind of questions many new spa owners have. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and fast customer service. So far so good and if any of my vacation rental homeowner friends ask about where I got my spa,…I’ll absolutely refer them to Valley Hot Spring.

So, as you can read my 1^st experience at Valley Hot Springs Spa’s was great, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and based on the information provided I ended up purchasing a spa. Up until this point I had nothing but great things to say about the business and its employees. THINGS CHANGE
After the installers (drop-​offers.) left the spa we filled it and began our journey as hot-​tub owners. The first issue came as soon as we fired up the spa and cycled the jets; some thing was not right. I had purchased an 6 person tub so it stands to reason that 6 people could lounge and enjoy the jets, not true. While I have no inclination of putting 6 people in the spa at the same time, I was under the impression I could and that each of them would benefit from the «soothing jets» at the same time. Evidently that is not the case, and since I chose the 110 versus the 220 model, only 1 side or the other will function at capacity at a time; effectively turning my 6 person spa into a 3 person spa with 3 additional seats. Well I read the manual and tried everything to no avail, so I went back in to see my friendly spa manager. After explaining my situation and that something must be wrong with my $ 4,000 spa, i was told two things:
1. NO REFUNDS (this was said 4 or 5 times throughout the conversation), and
2. We would be happy to sell you a larger, more expensive spa that runs on 220 which will definitely meet your needs.
In other words, tough crap, you were dumb enough to buy the thing and we are keeping your money. As you can imagine this did not sit well, but we seemed to be at an impasse. He (the manager) was NOT going to refund my money simply because I was led to believe that the spa would actually function at 100%; surely I was mistaken. This was a very bad experience which has gotten worse.
Along with being told that the spa would seat and function for 6 at a time, I was also promised that my electrical bill would rise no more that $ 30 a month despite the fact that the spa is on twenty-​four hours a day. Well, the 1^st month my bill increased roughly $ 100 and that has only risen though-​out the summer. Now, I have been forced to drain the ³⁄₆ person tub since it’s constant running has now put me into a new tier with the electrical company adding even more to my bill. I am sure that next winter I (with a maximum of 2 additional people) will be able to enjoy the fantastic benefits of my wonderful home spa.
BOTTOM LINE
1. Do your research and heed the warnings on sites like Unilocal!
2. Know what you want and stick to your budget
3. DONT BELIEVE SALES PEOPLE. It may not be that the sales person is trying to deceive you, they may simply be receiving bad information. Regardless, you, the customer, will pay.
4. Any business that does not have a refund policy should be avoided
5. Anything that you plug in and it runs ²⁴⁄₇ will cost you more that $ 30 a month!
What started out as a great experience became a FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR education on what NOT to do. BUYER BEWARE!

Knowledgeable about spas. Quick delivery time. Friendly service. When our spa was first delivered, it was damaged. The delivery people called and we also called and they agreed to replace the spa with one that was not damaged. (The side had been crushed in.)

I bought my Hot Spring Spa from these guys and I was so impressed with their level of customer service I’ve come back to them for a custom BBQ island and patio cover. (I have my eye on a sauna next).
Jason and his team care so much about their customers. I’ve sent an email at 10pm and the owner has personally responded within 10 minutes! They also carry the very best of each line (Hot Spring Spas, Finnleo Saunas, etc)
I’ll post pictures of my newly renovated backyard soon! I was able to order a rare tile at cost — it looks absolutely amazing.

We replaced our spa cover and used this business. When we got the cover home it was punctured. I called right away to let them know, they said we must have done it. Thy asked me to send pictures TWICE. I did, they never called me back. It has been months.

We have owned three Hot Springs Spa’s over the past twenty-​three years… all of which were top-​notch quality and enjoyment. But finding a Hot Springs Dealer that could match that level of excellence has not always been as easy… until we met Jason (Owner) and his Hot Springs Team in Murrieta. Customer Service — Outstanding, Spa Service — the best we have seen, Spa Upkeep Products — all in stock, Prices — no complaints here. We now have a trusted, reliable business that follows-​thru on its product’s quality expectations. Thanks!

I wanted to write a review on my Hot Spot TX hot springs spa, I have had it almost 9 years (totally problem free) and we just love it, I have used it almost every day! I keep it at 102 degrees ²⁴⁄₇ days a week and it only adds about 12 dollars a month to my bill, I know this because of turning it off for a month once when the house was being painted! We have it upstairs on a covered deck and love sitting in it in the rain! I just saw the brand new ones at Costco and talked to the owner Jason, we are selling our home and I am not going to remove the spa from the deck (it was put up with a fork lift) But I am going to buy another one just like it !! Anyone thinking of a spa can be sure they will love this one, comfort, powerful jets just where you want them, compact less weight/​water easy to clean and get into… a perfect lovers spa:)

My wife and I stopped by to look at used spas. Our current Hot Springs spa (1990) motor was starting to make funny noises. We were initially just wanting to buy a used spa. Diane, the sales rep was very nice greeted us right away and was very knowledgable not only about all the used inventory but the new as well. When she asked about our current spa we were surprised that we were told that we could get some trade in value ($ 350) if purchasing a new one. We looked around in the store (very nice and clean) we finally found the right spa. Bought a Hot Spot «Relay». Jason the owner gave us a great deal, included the cover lifter and spa pickup and delivery for no charge.
We were in the store a week earlier about the possibility of getting a new cover for our existing spa, glad I waited!!!
I would highly recommend this store if you are thinking about buying a spa.
