We were looking for hot tubs at the time and came here to see what their options were. The woman that helped us was wonderful, she was very friendly, very knowledgeable of everything, and was able to tell us about the different spas that they offer. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry Hot Springs, the brand we wanted for hot tubs so we didn’t go with them.
However, I was very impressed with the customer service and the bbq options here, maybe I’ll come back here and buy a BBQ island set here in the future.

I originally gave this company 1 star after being treated very rudely by the store manager when we were going to buy some spa chemicals. After the Unilocal review posted, I got a call from the owner. He apologized and really made me change my mind about this company. The fact that he took the time out of his day to personally call and make things right, really means a lot to me. There is a guy that cares about customer service. Way to go Julian! I’m impressed. I would give you 5 stars, but I have to hold 1 star back for our original service. Thank you for caring about us. We appreciate it.

We bought a pool table and just needed better sticks. So we stopped by on Black Friday and Eric was very friendly and willing to help us in our search. We purchased two pool sticks, a 9 ball rack, and a wall rack for the sticks. Great prices and great quality! Super stoked to play pool at home!

Eric and Jorge are amazing, they both make you feel at home, they aren’t quick for a sale they both want you to have all the information you need prior to making a purchase. Jorge even shard his receipe on how to smoke a turkey. I will definitely be back.
