I really like these guys but had an annoying transaction recently. Long story short, they didn’t follow up when the part I needed came in and when I finally went in to get the part it was $ 29.99 instead of $ 10.99 as quoted originally. I wouldn’t care about the higher price if they had just been straightforward with me.
