My past and most recent experience with Karen Birch has been most satisfying. She’s wonderful to deal with and she’s gone above and beyond to resolve an issue that I’ve been dealing with for some time in regards to my neighbor. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done. Walter’s Management needs to hang on to Karen because she’d be a big loss to the company as well as the residents of our community. Thank you Karen for all you’ve done for me!

I’ve had several issues from bill payments to repairs on my property and have been helped everytime by Karen Birch. Karen has been great to deal with. She gave me peace of mind when it came to resolving issues. What excellent customer service!

This review is specifically for Karen Birch at Walters management. Her kindness and customer service are beyond reproach. She was always open and honest with quick communication. She follows up on issues or questions without delay and she truly helped make a difficult situation much easier. I appreciate her kindness in a world that often times lacks it.

We just moved into a community managed by Walter’s and so far so good, we have no complaints. I was reading below some reviews and it is crazy how much people expect from a management company. To the lady complaining about a loud house in the neighborhood and Walter’s not doing anything about it, seriously it is beyond me that you came on here to leave a bad review over something they have no control over. The only people that can do anything about it is the POLICE! And if they cannot do anything either than basically you are screwed. Walter’s is only in charge of collecting dues and making sure the community is financially stable and maintained. If that «loud» house is current on their dues, all they can do is send fines. I currently work for a management company so I guess these types of complaints i am used to. But some people are seriously so miserable they have to take it out on someone who has no control over it.

I had the opportunity of working with Karen Birch for several issues regarding my property. I wanted to acknowledge her excellent customer service. She was very thorough and her follow up was very quick. I greatly appreciate her help.

Doesn’t help one bit! We moved to HTC and our entire block of neighbors are complaining about one home, trash, loud music, fighting, possible drug dealing, reckless driving, disrespectful etc… The list goes on… sheriffs are constantly out here and will only do so much. We contacted Walters Management and they will NOT do anything. Telling me we pay our dues for the pool and gym! I wouldn’t recommend to live in an association under WM!

My family just purchased a home in Jan in which Walter’s manange’s the HOA, I have heard horror stories about working with such companies, but these past 7 months have been very pleasant. I have need documents from Walter’s to aid in getting some work done on my property, they have been both accomodating and fast in their responses to what we have needed. I would Walters to anyone looking for their skill set!
