Description

Specialties

Our Southern dishes and libations are served with a creative twist and a smile, and we serve our guests nothing that we wouldn’t want on our own supper table. When we play with our food (and we think it’s okay), the result is scrumptious. We’re rooted in the Mountain South, and our menu is inspired by time-honored traditions: pickling and frying, canning and preserving, and utilizing seasonal produce and ingredients to prepare delicious, scratch-made creations.

History

Established in 2015.

Tupelo Honey Café first opened its doors in Asheville, NC in 2000. Considered one of the pioneers of Asheville’s farm-to-table movement, we’ve continued to serve fresh, scratch-made Southern fare and put new twists on old Southern dishes and cocktails.

We’ve grown up from our humble beginnings as a single restaurant in the heart of Downtown Asheville and now have several locations across the Southeast. Each location not only continues the legacy of the original restaurant with creative, eclectic, imaginative food, but continues to foster a hometown feel through local art, local charitable outreach, local brews and responsibly sourced ingredients.

Our Myrtle Beach restaurant is the ninth Tupelo Honey location, which opened in 2015.
